I've been using sports bras and athletic tape as a substitute since I also don't own a binder, unfortunately. Are there any better alternatives you've found to work? Cuz this is the best I have right now…

Not that anyone asked, but I was anxious cuz I was getting blood drawn for the first time ever and ye just anxiety.

Oof. All I can offer are layering sports bras plus wearing an undershirt or using athletic tape to "hold down the fort" so to speak.

I'd give all three of you binders if I could, but yeah I think sports bras and athletic tape are the safest alternatives. I hear that two sports bras, one backwards and one the right way over that works fairly well, but I don't actually know if it does.

I hope you're able to get your surgery sooner rather than later, Lee! And as for Shuri, that's strange, that never used to be a thing when I'd go to the doctor. The only few times I've had my blood drawn have been for allergy tests.

I had to get my blood drawn so I could be cleared for a surgery in about two weeks
