Okay so I want so controversial conversations. I got bored, so um here we go.
Let me start it off, I think the worst fandom is the undertale fandom. The majority are cringey sans loving twelve year olds who are probably trolls from how cringey they are. The bad just outshines the beautiful artwork. rip
I would have to agree, the bad fan girls outweigh the people who like it for it's storyline, coding or music.

On the one hand, I fucking love the Star Wars fandom.
On the other hand, I fucking hate some of the fans. Like the ones who throw temper tantrums over every single new thing in canon.
Basically the true fans are great and the whiny bastards who call themselves fans but aren't suck.
Also the Harry Potter fandom is really bad, I've honestly never seen a fandom with so much toxicity towards its creator. Like it's fine to dislike J.K. Rowling and the stuff she's said/not consider it canon, but the hate there is so overwhelming and honestly it's hypocritical that they drag her for 'not having diversity' and then get pissed when she tries to add it, even if she does botch it a little.
The Grishaverse one is pretty tame, but the Mal hate is irritating, it's like half the people didn't read his beautiful arc in Ruin and Rising.
The PJO fandom is just…..really intense? I like it, but at the same time I just want to shout 'Rick Riordan isn't perfect! His books have flaws!' because so many fans ignore that.
Musical fandoms in general are pretty chill, Hamilton is pretty intense and some shippers are wild but besides that it's pretty tame.
The Hunger Games and The Lunar Chronicles are honestly two of the best, there's barely any drama because they're mostly dead but still

I think K-pop fandoms (mostly the ones around all-guy groups) are toxic, and a lot of fans- not all of them, but more than enough- are kind of creepy about it.
Extreme football fans.
Like - making the opposing team feel like trash for doing their jobs? Screaming bloody murder for hours while shirtless? Getting so upset over 22 people chasing a ball for 90 minutes that you go out and commit violence and threaten people's lives?
At least fictional fandoms generally keep the nastiness online.

Agreed my friend, it’s just, they’re sooooo bad… I could say that the weird shipping of all fandoms are off… now I sound very irrational being a shipper of a not confirmed probably never canon gay ship but at least I don’t ship myself with dead children souls inside a robot. I mean, how the fuck is someone attracted to a robot? Okay animals, whatever, but a robot? Really? And to top it all off, furry robots?

Um any other toxic fandoms…. once apart of it, no longer, the Fairy Tail fandom was all sorts of weird for me… while there were a lot of really nice people, the others were just… creepy shipppers… worse then me at the time… that’s saying something, I wrote down cringey fanficition sin a journal which I burned…. and the shipping wars, oh god. The NaLu ship was the dominant one, out numbering every other canon ship. You attack the NaLu ship with anything and you would have almost the entire community coming after you, planing your assasination….
I still think Undertale is the worst by far, the cringey Sans porn hentai shit… weird never will be canon shipping… a minor (mostly frisk) being shipped with everyone which I absolutely DO NOT support that, no matter what or how ‘cute’ it is. It’s illegal, creepy, and flat out disgusting. Don’t even get me started on all the 9 year olds who ship their weird furry skeleton Mary Sue weird ass demon with Sans, even saying they’re his wife and girlfriend. Why. Just NO DONT PLEASE.
I’m going to get stabbed. I think the BNHA fandom is very toxic even though I’m apart of it I’ll say it. It’s true. All characters who share screen time are shipped… at least I have a REASON to ship Tododeku. Okay and some other ships I understand, but some like Kacchako and shipping allmight with the minors. NO JUST NO WHY. Just because they share screen time doesn’t mean they can be in a relationship. You won’t believe how many people actually ship allmight and Deku, it makes me very sick… my ship is at least possible and well not a minor with an adult.
Literally any game that became ridiculous popular that has a fandom usually turns out cringey tbh. I hate humanity for the many things it’s done but most fandoms are the true reason I gave up. Thanks for not reading this entire thing, if you did I’m sorry I wasted your time.
