Fun fact, last year I got horrible period cramps at school, laid down in the nurse's office for about an hour, and then had to go home because it did not get better, even with a heating pad.

See, I'm really sensitive and I start crying really easily. But, have become depressed.
I need to tell my parents so I can get help but if I try they'll tell me I'm just sensitive or I'm just upset over my friend moving. It's getting really bad and I'm really struggling.

How can I tell my parents so they'll believe me

it helps to be honest because we're not there with you it's hard for us to make comments but, it's really important that you get your help. Every problem is valid no matter how silly it feels saying it out loud. When you adress your parents, probably don't use the words 'depression' or anything that they could use against you. Again, I don't know your exact situation but I hope you can get help, be brave kiddo I believe in you <3
