What's a reasonable amount of crime for 2 preteen/teenagers to commit over the span of like 3 years? One of them can drive for like 2 of those years.

(on a purely legal level I'd say that no crime would probably be the most reasonable amount)
I guess it depends on if they're getting caught during that time? like if they're being grounded or investigated that would probably take up some of that prime crime time, but if they're going unchecked they could probably do a lot? and it might also depend on what kind of crimes they're committing. like it'd probably be more likely for them to shoplift frequently than to burn down several buildings
