A soulmate made of marble ((one-on-one//closed))

Here are le two ideas:

1. There is a beautiful statue of a person in the middle of a large city, and the rumor surrounding the stature is that when they touch hands with their soulmate, they will become human. Naturally, it becomes a perfect photo opportunity to pose while holding its hand.
   One cute selfie attempt later results in an empty statue podium and you just barely catching a very confused person in your arms.
2. Your now deceased mother placed a "blessing" on you when you were a young boy - at thirteen, you would become irresistibly attractive to the ladies. The issue? You're really, really gay.

Name: Kyle ‘Kai’ Rurrow

Sexuality: gay as heck
Appearance: tall and well built, muscular from excessive training but like… not ripped if you know why I mean. On the paler side and has a slight tan in the summer months, soft and shortish black hair that is always messy and looks like he has constantly run his hand through it from agitation, bright blue eyes with gold flecks and a warm and loving smile.
Personality: kind and caring to everyone, always looks ont he bright side of life. Knows when and when not to take risks. Can be hit headed and quick tempered at times but tries not to be. Loyal and very protective.
Background: Kyle was abandoned on the streets as a young child, given off to a homeless woman when he was about three years old. This parents already had two older children, teenagers, and they didn’t want another child so they dropped him. They were very rich and snobbish from what Kyle learnt about them in later years.
He took to learning an education from studying in the local library for many years before he eventually got a job. The woman who was looking after him died when he was about 14 and he loved on the streets for a long time after that. He was put into foster care and a very nice family helped him get back on his feet. He is now studying forensic science.

The sun beat down on the bustling city. It was a peaceful Saturday, not too hot, not too windy and as always, the park was one of the most peaceful places to visit. Well, the western side was. On the eastern side, was one of the most famous tourist destinations in all of America, maybe the whole world. A statue, but with a very interesting legend surrounding it. It was believed that if you statues soulmate was to hold hands with the girl, they would become real. Obviously many people have tried by none have succeeded.

Kai was not interested really in the statue, the statue but his friend, Liam, was. So, he’d dragged Kai out his apartment, and towards the statue.

“Kai come on! Just one selfie?” Liam begged, weaselling his way through the small crowd of people to get his own photo. Nothing balled for him.

Kai groaned and face palmed, “Fine. Only so you shut up.” He sighed, pulling his phone out his pocket he took the statues hand and took a selfie.

In a few short seconds, the statue became real. The way that she had been when she was 'frozen' caused her to continue falling. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, no, no, no, EEP!" She cried out as she started to fall.
She closed her eyes tightly and braced for the impact, hands pressed to her face. To her surprise, the impact never came.

Kai drooped his phone and caught the falling woman before she hit the ground. He heard his phone crack but he honestly didn't care. He was more concerned with the fact that the legend was real, more so that he was the statue's soulmate.

Mickey slowly opened her eyes, one, then the other. She looked up to see that she had fallen into the arms of a complete stranger. "EEP!" She yelled, jumping out of his arms and landing on her feet. Except, she didn't really land on her feet, rather lose balance and fall to her knees.

Kai gasped slightly and knelt down beside her, "You alright Miss? I'm sorry if I scared you but I didn't want you to hit your head on the ground…"

She stared at him with wide eyes, taking in his appearance and then her surroundings. "Who are you?" She asked. "Where am I? What is this place? What happened to me?"

Kai offered her a small, and soft smile, "I'm Kai," He started, "And you're in New York City, America. And I don't know what happened to you. One minute you were stone and the next… well, flesh."
