"I won't." He said, smiling.
Damien smiled back as they headed towards the bar. This night is going better than I could have imagined
Eric led him over to the bar. "What do you want?"
“Just a beer’s fine,” Damien replied as as he sat at the bar, not letting go of Eric’s hand.
Eric nodded, getting the bartender's attention and ordering two beers.
Damien hummed quietly to himself, glancing over at Eric and hiding a smile.
Eric thanked the bartender once he got the bottles, handing one to Damien.
“Thanks,” Damien says as he takes the beer. “You know, I had I few dozen ideas of how tonight would go, this was not one of them.”
"Honestly? Same here." He said, taking a sip.
“I’m glad, though,” Damien smiled. “that things turned out this way”
"Yeah…" He said, leaning against the bar.
Damien took a drink, not knowing what else to say or where to go from where they were.
Eric hummed softly, mainly just enjoying his presence.
Much like he had those weeks ago, Damien propped his chin up on his fist and looked over at Eric with a smile.
Eric blushed slightly. "So…"
“Yeah… sooo,” Damien laughs softly. “Want to come over to my place after this?” he asked, then rushed to add, face flushing, “Not to, like, do anything, just… hang out together…?”
"Sure!" He said, smiling brightly. AAAAAAAAAAAA-
“Great!” Damien smiles back, face flushed happily, then chuckles, “at least you won’t have to haul me up the stairs this time.”
"Yeah… that was a weird night." He said, laughing slightly.
“You can say that again,” Damien agreed. “I’m glad you were there, though. Even if I had a slight crisis afterwards.”
Eric nodded slightly. "It-it was nothing."
“It was something to me,” Damien said softly, smiling at Eric.
Eric looked down, taking another sip.
“Ya know, for the frontman of a punk rock band, you can be surprisingly shy and cute,” Damien laughed quietly, having at this point built up considerably more confidence.
"I-I'm not that cute-" He stuttered, cheeks red.
“I beg to differ, sweetheart,” Damien smirked.
