Tornado grinned happily,doing a flip as she giggled in triumph.

Megan smiled as she did her little dance. "I think that was all she needed…"
Tobias nodded lightly, soon staring off into space. I do feel a bit bad that we have to sit around and watch them, making them uncomfortable…. He tipped his head a little. But I'm sure they don't mind all that much…
Luma came over to flop next to Tobias, "They put on a good show right?"
Tobias flinched. "Huh– oh, yeah… Sure…."
Megan grinned. "They really do, but it's for a purpose… And it's to help her get better."
"True," said Luma, "Y'know Firiko is the best flyer we have….. there are 8 of us, and he's the best…"
"That's cool!" Tobias smiled. "I didn't know that Firiko was the best… Let alone more people that can fly…." Firiko seems to be the best at almost everything….
"I hope that Tornado can strive to be just as good as him," Megan said, grinning, "Or maybe better!"
"Wouldn't e surprising if she got at least as good as him." said Luma, "After all they do share something in common that none of the rest of us do."
"Hm??" Tobias glanced at him in confusion. "What is that? What do they have in common?" I wonder if it's something physical or more personality based… But who am I to judge?
"They were both born with wings." said Luma, "They've been flying since a very young age because of it."
Tobias paused for a minute. "Well then what about you?" He glanced at him. "Did you get wings later?" I know I'm sounding rude, but I would like to know….
"I got my wings shortly after I turned 16, when I discovered my full abilities…." said Luma, "Took me ages to figure out how to live with them…."
"That had to have been tough…." Tobias said quietly, voice fading. Maybe something cool is waiting for me when I turn 16…. Or maybe even later…. He was unfortunately developing these hopes, because the truth was, he was practically physically 14 years old forever, and he had been around for much longer than sixteen years.
"Yeah…. especially considering I had no clue how to control said powers, and had to keep moving for the next few years cause some maniac wanted to kill me…." Luma smirked, "Good things generally come with a price, and don't get the wrong idea, my wings are, and always will be unnatural."
"Yeah…. By the way, do you know when they'll be done? I'm not being rude, I promise…." Tobias said softly, "But… It would be nice if I could get a roof over my head?…." I have no idea what I'm saying….
"They'll be done soon," said Luma, "Though not to be rude or anything, houses aren't something you'll find around here…. we have spare dens, but that's it."
"I should've just said a shelter in general, yet that sounds just fine." Tobias grinned, soon resting his head on his knees. As long as it isn't all like a real animal's den…
Luma laughed, "No worries! It's not like I can expect you to know everything about our world!"
Tobias chuckled. "Honestly, Skye, Firiko and Rio were a bit like the same way when they arrived where we live…."
Luma laughed, "I can imagine!"
Firiko landed a few feet away, "What are you two talking about now?"
"We're talking about how you were when you first came into our world. And how you sorta struggled with how things worked there," Tobias began, putting a hand over his mouth. I'm not being rude…. I promise!
"Ah!" said Firiko, "I was afraid Luma was trash talking me again."
"Coward!" Luma yelled, "You're a coward!"
"Am not!" said Firiko.
Tobias frowned. "He was not….. I was, to be honest, and I'm sorry…." I guess not having a brother might be the better thing for me…
Tornado came up behind him, "Don't worry about it, they clash all the time!"
"It's just a friendly arguement! No need to worry!" said the pair at the same time before going back to arguing over who was the faster flyer.
"I know, it's just…." Tobias got up and left them. I hate bickering and arguing…. I don't care what it's about or anything… I just need peace…. He wandered back to the river and sat on the bank, making sure not to allow himself to fall in.
Megan sighed. It's sometimes best to leave him be… At least I know where he is.
Tornado watched him go, "Is something wrong?" she asked Megan.
A dark furred wolf slunk out of the trees, watching as Tobias sat on the riverbank. The wolf had hazel eyes, and red streaks in his fur. He carefully padded over to Tobias, silent, quieter than the shadows. His bloodred amulet glinted in its silver setting.
Megan sighed. "He really hates arguing, no matter how serious or how lighthearted it is. He just hates the tension that comes with arguing…."
Tobias just watched the fish with his legs tucked to his chest. I like this river…. I wish I could swim, but Megan says it does weird things to me….
"I don't blame him, but unfortunately we have a big family that happens to be very diverse…." said Tornado,
The dark furred wolf shifted, to the form of a skinny young man, a bit older then Luma and Firiko. his clothes were dark shades of gray, and there was a scar on the left side of his face. He stayed silent, unmoving, waiting for Tobias to notice him. He may have seemed ominous, but his eyes were kind, gentle.
"Well, then I'm not quite sure what to say…" Megan's voice faded. Because he is not flexible to change in his personality whatsoever…
Tobias watched the fish carefully, hearing the fish swim and swish around. I wish I could see fish like these everyday… But I already have Firiko back at home…. There was the slightest rustle and he straightened up, afraid to turn around. He wasn't sure what it was, if it was someone like Firiko or Luma or another animal.
Damian watched the kid some more, He must be the one Skye warned us about when he got back. he thought, still not moving, or making a single sound. I wonder how long it'll take him to notice me?
"He'll get used to it" said Tornado cheerfully, before getting up, her amulet pulsing. "Stormas!" a mini tornado picked up and threw them into the air.
Luma and Firiko both yelped in surprise. "Why does it have to be normal for underaged wolf pups to have powers in our family?" groaned Luma…..
Tobias was afraid to turn around, but he had to if he wanted to know who or what was there. When he saw the strange man, he yelped and scrabbled around before finally stabling himself. "Wh-who are you???" He stammered.
