The sun was just beginning to crest the horizon, sending ribbons of peach and apricot rippling across the periwinkle expanse of the sky— the realm of the gods. Below, the turbulence of the sea abated with the darkness, giving way to calm teal waters from which rocky spires rose, surrounded by saltwater bubbles and foam. A woman lay on one of these rocks— no, a sea nymph, unclothed with her scaly legs curled beneath her. She smiled, letting the sun warm her body as it began its climb of the day.

Adestria walked with the tall, haughty and bearded Posideon, who spoke in his rumbly voice of the worries in the sea. She offered ways for him to fix his problems and gave him reassuring pats on his broad shoulders. She soon noticed the sun light up the sea and polietely excused herself, telling Posideon “he’d do great!” and skidded off towards the surface once again. She walked across the water, looking for those damn steps that she always lost.

Althea sighed and closed her eyes, curling up on the rough surface of the rock she was situated on. Her mind wandered as the sun did the same over her body, a quiet yawn escaping her.

Adestina looked around and spotted a nice (hella nice) looking nymph on a rock. If she tried to hurt her, she could just call Posideon, right? She meandered over, clearing her throat softly.
“Hello, there,” She said in an unwilling deep, commanding voice.

Althea’s eyes snapped open at the sound of a deep voice. She pushed herself up into a sitttng position, searching for the source of the voice before her eyes landed on.. a woman? And a very attractive one at that. Suddenly self-conscious, she covered her chest with her arms and tried to form words. “Hello—“

Adestria smiled a bit, trying to keep her eyes drilled on the cute nymph’s face.
“Hi. Um… have you seen a flight of steps around here?” She asked this bluntly, a stupid smile on her face.
