"escape from here?" He asked, "we might have to go soon, the walker count is getting to high, we're screwed if it keeps going up," Killian placed her in front of Abigails room and knocked. "If we leave it's gonna have to be tomorrow,"

She leaned back against him, pulling her jacket around her. “Make sure you gather up all the supplies you can. It’s gonna be a long trip.”

"obviously," he laughed softly as Abigail opened the door,
"C-come in," she stuttered, pulling a blanket around her body

She blew Killian a kiss before she walked inside. “How are you feeling?” she asked, sitting down on the bed.

She hesitated, "I feel better," Killian leaned on the door frame as he watched them talk
"It's just really cold in here," she shivered

“We could move you to another room. This one is kinda cold.” She sent the woman a small smile. “But don’t worry. We’ll be off tomorrow, and we’ll take you somewhere more secure.”

"why tomorrow? I thought we were going to stay a few days," she clutched a picture of her family, a picture before she lost everything

“The zombie levels have increased much faster than we anticipated…” She sighed. “So, we may have to move out early.”

"we understand that you're still weak," he added, "but we're going to have to walk and run, sleep outside and such, we'll protect you," Killian sighed, "could you get her geared up?" He gestured to Olivia

“Mhm. I think I saw some guns in the basement…” She stood up and walked towards the door. “I’ll be back, my love.”

"WE didn't get much ammo because we never thought anything would happen," She said softly

“It’s okay,” she said. “I’m sure we can find ammo at houses nearby…”

Killian followed her downstairs, "I'm going to pack food," He said, grabbing his bag, "She's going to have to at least carry things,"

“Not too much though,” she replied. “She’s likely weak and still in pain.”

"she'll have to learn how to fight as well, maybe I'll try to teach her on the road," he suggested, "it shouldn't be hard since she's still in her twenties,"

“Maybe you can teach me to fight some as well.” She laughed softly. “You’re a better fighter than me, after all.”

Killian grinned, "maybe I can teach you some other things," he said with a toothy smile while putting his hands on her waist, " I am a guy after all, sometimes I feel like you forget."

She smiled and rolled her eyes. “What is that supposed to mean?”

Killian ran his fingers through his hair, "Never mind" He continued to pack needed things into his bag, making sure it wasn't to heavy. "We'll leave early tomorrow,"

She laughed softly and pecked his cheek. “For a moment, I thought you were gonna get the guts to kiss me, but nope.”

"Uhhhh… We've kissed before though.." His face flushed and he turned away from her

“Psh, forever ago.” She smirked at him. “But whatever.”

"I still did it so you cant complain, plus you don't even know kiss me sooo," he shrugged his shoulders and zipped up the bag

“Awww, you want me to kiss you?” she teased.

"I want more than that.." He muttered, pulling the bag over his shoulders

She smiled and gave him a gentle peck. “There, better?”

He laughed softly, "Sure," He walked back upstairs and sat down on a bed in a spare room

She followed him and stood in the doorway, smiling faintly. “I love you, Killian.”

Killian gave a bright smile to her words, "you already know my response,"

She smiled faintly and held out her arms towards him.
