Oh, hush, you like it just as much as I do, Abaddon tutted, mentally rolling his eyes before finding Lokai right up in their face, ready to cut into them

If you say so. Grayson smiled, acting on his own instincts and helping Abaddon fight Lokai.

It wasn't long before Lokai was beginning to slow from blood loss and fatigue. They were panting, and they glared at the two. "Coward. Hiding in the body of a mortal," they hissed, seemingly trying to taunt them

“And you’re losing to a mortal so who’s really the coward here?” Grayson retorted.

"Shut your mouth, insolent creature," Lokai snapped, but Abaddon rolled Grayson's eyes for him.

"Cute, really. But I'm not in the mood to listen to you. Off you go," he hummed before snapping their fingers and watching Lokai suddenly dissolve into nothing

“Why didn’t you just do that before?” Grayson sighed, even though he was still smiling widely.

"Because I had to weaken him. Besides, I only trapped him in part of the afterlife," Abaddon said with a small shrug

“Mm..I see. Get out here so I can talk to you without looking at the wall.” Grayson said, glancing around.

Abaddon sighed dramatically, leaving Grayson's body and returning it to normal, the magic stuff on his body fading away

Grayson smiled and slipped his arm around Abaddon’s waist, pulling him closer. “You going to tell me about all those rules you broke?”

"Mm, no. Just that I shouldn't have been thrown out for them," Abaddon hummed, grinning himself as Grayson tugged him against him

Grayson huffed, pouting a little. “But we’re practically the same person. Don’t I have a right to know?” He asked.

"I used to be an angel of war. I got a little too carried away is all," Abaddon said with a shrug

“Okay then.” Grayson smiled again, leaning up to kiss him gently.

Abaddon tilted his head, pressing their lips together gently. It was a stark contrast to his motions before, going from fighting someone to loving another

Grayson pulled away and rested his head on Abaddon’s chest. “I love you..but I’m really tired now..” He said softly, sighing a little.

"An expected side effect of a fight like that. We'll sleep, and then we'll eat, hm?" Abaddon suggested gently

“That sounds wonderful..” Grayson murmured sleepily. He went upstairs and flopped down on the bed, reaching his arms out for Abaddon.

Abaddon chuckled, happily flopping on top of Grayson and into his arms, where he snuggled up to him happily

Grayson sighed softly and wrapped his arms around Abaddon, kissing him happily before closing his eyes.

Abaddon returned the kiss, smiling softly against Grayson's lips as he relaxed

Grayson pulled away and buried his face in Abaddon's neck, sinking into his embrace.

Abaddon wrapped his arms around Grayson a bit tighter, snuggling him closer as he nuzzled him, just enjoying being close to him

Grayson woke up gasping. He looked around frantically for Abaddon, wondering if he was in fact gone, like he had been in the nightmare.
