“Good..” Grayson replied, snuggling closer to Abaddon. “I’m just going to stay here, forever..”
"We'll always be together forever," Abaddon murmured softly. "You'll never have to leave my arms," he said as he curled closer around Grayson
“Promise?” Grayson asked quietly.
"Of course. We are bound. I would never leave you," Abaddon said softly, wrapping himself around Grayson a bit tighter
“But what if we weren’t bound? Would you leave me then?” Grayson asked, his voice barely audible.
"Of course not," Abaddon murmured. "Your human vows, 'till death do us part'? They mean nothing, for I would follow you even in death."
Grayson pulled away a little and looked up at him, his eyes shimmering with tears. “But some people say that…and then..and they don’t mean it..and I don’t know how to trust you..”
"I wouldn't have bonded with you as deeply as I have if I didn't believe what I say. We are tied soul to soul, and I would not do that with anyone else," Abaddon murmured
Grayson nodded a little and buried his face in Abaddon’s shirt. “I’m sorry..”
"It's okay, beautiful. Don't cry, it's okay," Abaddon soothed, gently rubbing Grayson's back as he hugged the other close to his chest
Grayson slipped out of his lap and curled up next to Abaddon. "You need to find that kid or whatever." He said softly, pulling his knees up to his chest.
"I can find him, and then we can go get him later, okay? I want to spend a little more time with you," Abaddon said with a small smile
"No..you should get him now..I don't want him to get hurt or anything.." Grayson replied, resting his head on Abaddon's shoulder.
"Are you sure?" Abaddon asked softly, reaching a hand up to gently run his fingers through Grayson's hair, leaning the other's head against his own
"Yeah, I'm sure." Grayson told him, sighing quietly.
