What are we supposed to do with him? Grayson asked, eyeing the kid.
are you scared?//one on one (closed)
Help him, obviously, Abaddon responded, mentally rolling his eyes as he piloted Grayson’s body towards the kid
Um..okay. Grayson walked over to the kid hesitantly and helped him to his feet.
The kid stumbled a bit at first, clinging onto Grayson tightly to keep from falling. “Who…W-Who are you?” he asked softly, voice a bit raw as he spoke
Grayson helped him walk out of the warehouse and glanced down at the kid. "Nobody special.."
“Really? Because from the looks of it, you’ve got an angel riding your ass,” the kid said, pointing to the form of Abaddon hovering just beside Grayson, which shouldn’t be possible considering humans can’t see him
Grayson looked over at Abaddon with surprise. "Oh..uh yeah. How did you- you aren't supposed to be able to see him?" He stammered, turning his frown back to the kid.
“I’m a witch. Though I have a little charm that lets me see spirits, so that’s how I see that guy,” the kid said, gesturing to one of his rings
"Oh. That's nice. So how'd you manage to get yourself kidnapped anyway?" Grayson asked curiously.
“Witch’s organs sell nice on the black market. They were gonna chop me up like a pig and ship me off,” the kid muttered bitterly
"That's extremely unpleasant." Grayson cringed a little. "Did they hurt you badly?"
“Nah, just roughed me up a little,” the kid said, wiping blood from his cheek before flicking it away
"Okay then. Where did they take you from? Do you know where you were?"
“Yeah, I was on my way home from the grocery store. They snatched me right off the street,” the kid huffed
"Okay, um.." He turned to Abaddon and poked his arm. "Hey. Where the fuck are we?"
“Near downtown,” Abaddon answered, grinning a little at how confused Grayson still looked
"So you realize we could've just walked? Or were you too busy trying to impress me with your magic?" Grayson said, raising his eyebrows a bit as they walked.
“Who?” the kid asked, and Abaddon looked confused too. They exchanged looks before looking back at Grayson
"This is why I don't like talking..Now i'm just really confused." Grayson sighed, still frowning.
Abaddon just chuckled, giving Grayson’s hip a squeeze. “You’re doing your best, love,” he teased
Grayson just glared up at him and kept walking, folding his arms across his chest.
“Aw, don’t be like that, baby,” Abaddon cooed, grinning as he gave Grayson another little squeeze. The kid just rolled his eyes at that
Grayson rolled his eyes as well, ignoring Abaddon. They finally arrived back to town and he turned to the kid. “You sure you’re okay?”
"Yeah, I'm fine. I'll get fixed up soon as I get home. Thanks for everything though," the kid said, grinning at Grayson and Abaddon
“No problem. Can I get a name?” Grayson asked kindly, smiling back.
"Andre. Andre Jaxxson," the kid said, smiling warmly as he held a hand out to shake. Now that they were in the streetlight, it could be seen that he had several tattoos, all of plants and what looked like astrological markings
“Grayson. Pleasure.” He said, shaking Andre’s hand.
Andre smiled, shaking his hand before letting go. "And who's the ghost guy? He your angel boyfriend or something?" he asked
“Oh yeah, Abaddon. I guess you could say that.” Grayson looked back at Abaddon, “But I’m kind of bonded to him for life so I guess I’m lucky that he’s nice..most of the time.”
“Oh, so like a pact? Fun. Good thing you didn’t lose your soul or get eaten or something,” Andre chuckled while Abaddon rolled his eyes
