Melissa smiled and moved to the floor. "Okay I'll be the red one," She said smiling. She leaned back on the bed looking at the game box.

"Awesome." Ciel started setting up the board, shuffling cards and setting out tokens in silence. "You know how to play?" She asked, crossing her legs. Ciel wanted to put on some music, but she was suddenly nervous.

@Spider-man

“Yeah I think at least. Haven’t played in years,” she said still smiling. “Just tell me if I do something wrong.”

"I will," Ciel promised, grinning at Melissa. "Would you mind if I put some music on? You can pick what we listen to." She passed the dice to Melissa. "And you can go first."

@Spider-man

“I don’t mind but can you choose the songs?” She asked. She couldn’t really think of anything. “The ones you mentioned sound nice.” She took the dice.

"Alright. I'll put on some girl in red and artists like her." Ciel pulled her phone out from her pocket and connected it to a small speaker. "First, we're listening to girls. Then… Whatever comes on." She shrugged and pressed play. The first notes of the song were soft– Ciel didn't want to disturb anyone with the music.

@Spider-man

Melissa nodded. She moved her piece after rolling the dice. When the music came on she nodded along to it. Swaying slightly.

Ciel hummed along with the music as she waited for her turn. She was tempted to sing along, but she didn't want to subject Melissa to her singing, which was terrible in her opinion. Ciel completed her turn and passed the dice back to Melissa.

@Spider-man

Melissa took the dice and completed her turn as well. She focused on the music and looked at Ciel. Handing the other girl the dice.

"What do you think of the song?" Ciel asked, taking the dice and rolling them. "Aww, shoot." She had rolled badly, which was really hurting her winning chances.

@Spider-man

“I like it,” she said. She smiled at her bad roll. She rolled and got the magnifying glass. “What do I do again?”

"Wonderful! I'm glad you like it. I would hate to play you music you don't like. Just tell me if you want to skip a song, and I'll do it." Ciel's face lit up, her bad turn all but forgotten. "Oh, you draw a card from this pile," she pointed at the pile of cards, "and read whatever it says aloud. Then follow any directions on the card." She smiled at Melissa.

@Spider-man

She nodded and picked up a card reading it out loud and then doing what it says. She handed the dice to her.

Ciel accepted the dice and rolled them. The game went on, the dice being passed between the two girls. After a little while, Ciel was almost ready to accuse someone. She needed one more room, just to be sure. She glanced up at Melissa, wondering if she had the answer yet.

@Spider-man

Melissa smiled. “I accuse Colonal mustard of killing the victim with the gun in the library.”

"Oh, curses!" Ciel exclaimed, grinning at Melissa. "Well, let's see if you were right!" She nodded towards the small folder in the middle of the board. She was pretty sure Melissa was right, though. That's what she had gotten, minus the library.

@Spider-man

Melissa picked up the envelope and sighed. “I say the ones I got right right?” She asked.

"Well, you could, but if you're wrong, then I'm going to win even faster than I would already. Just look in the envelope secretly. If you got it right, you won. If you didn't, put it back so I can win." Ciel explained, grinning at Melissa.

@Spider-man

Melissa sighed and put it back. She was really close. She smiled at Ciel. “Your turn,” she said. Crossing something off on her paper.

Ciel narrowed her eyes at Melissa, trying to figure out what she had gotten wrong. Probably the room, then. She stared at her paper, crossed off the library, and grinned. She had it! "Alright, I accuse Colonel Mustard with the gun in the kitchen!" Ciel opened the envelope and looked inside. "Yes, I was right! Oh, gods, you were so close! What happened?" She asked, setting down the cards and looking at Melissa.

@Spider-man

Melissa smiled and shrugged. "I only had the kitchen or the library left," she said. "I guessed the library which was obviously wrong. what should we do now?"

"Oh, yikes." Ciel grimaced and started cleaning up the game. "Huh… I don't know. Why don't you tell me something you want to do, and I will try and make it happen?" She suggested, sliding the box back onto the shelf. The music was still playing softly in the background and Ciel was tapping the ground to the beat of the song as she turned back around.

@Spider-man

Melissa shrugged as she listened to the music. "How about we just hang out. Maybe I can try to teach you how to bake later."

"Okay!" Ciel nodded, scooting a bit closer to Melissa. "I'd love that. What would you choose to bake to teach me?" She asked, leaning forward and resting her chin on her hand.

@Spider-man

Melissa smiled. "Hmm well we can try a cake," She suggested. "It shouldn't be that hard." She realized that they were close together but didn't make any move to separate.

"Ooh, yum!" Ciel grinned at Melissa. "What's your favorite cake to make?" She asked. There was something wonderful about being with Melissa, sitting on the floor with music swirling around them, and Ciel couldn't keep a smile off her face.

@Spider-man

“Confetti,” She said smiling. “I love it even though it’s just normal cake with sprinkles.”

"Hmm… You have good taste, Melissa." Ciel twirled some hair around her fingers as she looked at Melissa. "Have you ever had lemon cake with chocolate frosting? Gema makes it every once in a while and it is my favorite."

@Spider-man

"I've made and had lemon cake I really like it but I haven't had it with chocolate frosting," She said. She liked just sitting here with Melissa talking.

"Well, someday, you should put some chocolate frosting on a lemon cake, because it will change everything." Ciel laughed . "We might even be able to make some today… Though I don't know if we have all the ingredients for a lemon cake."
