"Blake I swear…Don't hang…Screw you…"

Blake? She rushed back to her bedroom and pretend to be coming back, not having heard anything. "Who was that?" she asked.

"Just Blake…"

"What did he want?" she asked, trying to seem light-hearted.

"Nothing important."

Her heart leaped nervously. "Oh, alright."

"Coffee?"

"Yes." She smiled and grabbed her purse.

He smiled back opening the door for her.

"Why would Blake call you if it wasn't important?" she asked, locking the door behind her.

"Not sure."

"What were you talking about, then? You can tell me."

"Just if I was doing ok. Like this morning."

"That's it?" She tugged on the door handle to remind him it was locked.

He unlocked it. "That's it."

She nodded, but she didn't believe him. Why would he lie to me? What is he trying to hide? Bridget slid into the car.

Joseph seemed looked at her then smiled

"What?" she asked, blushing a little.

"Nothing." He said laughing.

"You looked like you wanted to say something."

"Just want to do this." He kissed her softly.

She closed her eyes and kissed him. Something in her heart jerked. "I'm not going to hook you up with her," he'd said. She pushed the dialogue from her mind.

He lifted a hand up to her cheek and smiled into the kiss.

Oh God… Blake wants me? The thought made her warm fingers turn cold.

He noticed her. "Y-You okay?" he said moving back.

"Yes," she whispered.

"…I-If you say so…"

She leaned forward and kissed again passionately. If his lips were a drug, she was definitely addicted.

He kissed back his hands going around her waist.

She leaned closer, practically diving across the console to kiss him.
