"Do we need a translator then?"
"No. I speak Spanish. It's my first language."
Broken // One-On-One // CLOSED
Noah shook his head to pull himself out of his thoughts, marveling somewhat at how calm and collected Trini was during all this.
"Can we trust that you will truthfully translate her words?"
"Of course you can. I'm as concerned for her well-being as you should be."
((AAAAAA noah is so useless rn
(if you want, we can skip forward til a few weeks after the wedding or something)
((could we?
(yes
It's ur turn tho)
((sksksk of course
Noah sang along to Manic Monday on his ipod, back in the kitchen and baking unnecessarily.
Trini sat at the bench with her laptop open. She was on the phone to a potential client. "So the package you're wanting is for weddings only. Is that what the photography is for?" … "This particular package is $150 an hour for the photographer. It becomes $200 an hour after the first 4 hours, and $250 anywhere after 6 hours." … "If you're having a destination wedding, I suggest hiring someone in the area. Most photographers expect you to cover their travel costs." … "OK can you tell me the date and location?" … "And also how long it is expected to last?" … "That would be around $700 in total." … "Alright, see you then." She Jung IP, and rubbed her eyes.

"Looks like you could use a Sunday." He said as he flitted past, kissing the top of her head on his way to the oven.
"I love my job, but sometimes I wish people would do more research," Trini replied. "Can you grab me a Pepsi Max? I need some sugar."
"Why? You got plenty right here." Noah joked as he pulled out a muffin tin and set it on a cooling rack, putting another one in and making his way to the fridge to her drink.
"You know what I mean. Hey, I was thinking. Maybe we could get another dog."
"More dogs!" He grinned and handed her the soda, leaning against the counter.
"And maybe a cat," Trini added, taking a sip.
"Even better! I've been thinking about getting a pet anyway, three or four is even better than one!"
"Maybe we could throw a kid into the mix. Animals are good with kids."
Noah choked, triggering a coughing fit. It was a bit odd, him being an adult and everything, but it caught him off guard.
Trini smiled as she took another swig from the bottle.
"A-a kid? You wanna have a kid?"
"Of course I wanna have a kid, Noah. I love you. We're married, and I want a family."
A smile slowly spread it's way across his face, and he was across the kitchen hugging her tightly.
"Why don't we go to the shelter to pick out some more pets?"
"Yeah!"
"Should we take Athena? We want her to like her future brothers and/or sisters."
"Oh, that's a good idea. It would suck if we brought an animal home and they didn't get along."
"I'll go upstairs and grab a few things. Be back in a few ticks."
"Alright, I'll clean up a bit."
"No, I just gotta grab my handbag and Athena's leash from where I left them."
