Chrys looks up, “Yes?”

“Promise you wont do something stupid. . ?”

He nods. “I promise.”

Rodya sighs, “Okay. . .”

Chrys looks at him. “But…take care if yourself. Ok?”

Rodya nods, “I’ll. . . Figure something out. . .”

Chrys nods. “Good.”

Rodya looks at him, quiet.

Chrys sighs, “I…may have to go in a few minutes…” He murmurs.

“Why?” He tilts his head.

Chrys goes silent, looking down.

Rodya tilts his head slightly.

Chrys sighs, “I…have work to do…”

“Like?” He asks.

“Work…” Chrys stands, rubbing his throat.

Rodya tilts his head, hesitating, “I want to know what. . .” He murmurs, looking away.

Chrys sighs, “Just…work…stuff to do…”

Rodya looks at him, feeling hurt, but he covers it up, “Okay. . . Well. . . I’ll leave once you do.”

He nods, “I’m sorry…” He mumbles. “I’ll walk to to your horse.”

Rodya looks at him, silent.

Chrys keeps rubbing his neck, looking away.

Rodya huffs, “I told you my problems and secret, can’t you just tell me? I won’t judge.”

Chrys looks at him. “A-are you…s-sure?”

"Yes, I'm sure."

Chrys bites his lip, then sighs. “I’m…hungry…is all…” He mutters. “It’s fine though. I’ll find something…”

Today takes a moment, "How hungry?"

Chrys sighs, “It- doesn’t matter…” He mumbles.

"Well. It matters to me."

Chrys bites his lip harder, then mutters. “E-enough t-to kill s-something…”
