Chrys hums, “And you don’t want to do that?”

Rodya shrugs, "I don't wanna spend my whole life going from one place to another. . ."

Chrys nods, “Then don’t. You shouldn’t care what your father wants.”

Rodya sighs, "Well, I do care what he wants."

Chrys sighs, taping his fingers on the table. “Hm…”

Rodya shrugs "It's fine, really. . .:

Chrys huffs, “Still…” He sighs, “Well…I hope your father comes to his senses.”

Rodya shrugs.

Chrys smiles, then closes his eyes. “Hm…it’s…nice to have actual company.”

Rodya smiles slightly, "Good to know."

Chrys looks at him, “you know…I haven’t had…actual visitors in 416 years?”

Rodya tilts his head, "Really?"

He nods, “All of them were people who were trying to steal from me, or kill me.”

He sighs softly.

Chrys looks down, going silent.

Rodya sighs, “Now this is just depressing. . .”

Chrys blinks, “Oh…I’m sorry.”

Rodya looks at him, “Talking about dead family members and what my father wants me to do. . .” He huffs a laugh, “I’m sure there something else we can talk about.”

Chrys nods, “Yes…my apologies.”

“There’s nothing to be sorry for. . .” Rodya murmurs, standing up, “We could- I don’t know- go for a walk?”

Chrys smiles and stands. “Of course.” He offers his arm.

Rodya give him a look and walks towards the doors.

(Rodya wants to take his arm, but he’s like— Nah, I’m not going to-)

Chrys chuckles and follows.

Rodya pauses, looking back at him, “I- Uh. . . Don’t know my way-“ He laughs softly, rubbing the back of his neck.

Chrys grins, “Oh? From the way you were walking, it seemed like it.” He laughs softly and leads Rodya outside to his garden.

He laughs softly, “Oh? Well. . . I know I do that sometimes. . .” He chuckles, smiling slightly.

Chrys smiles, walking beside Rodya. Chrys takes him to a path lined with red roses. “I also love gardening…if you can’t tell…”

Rodya nods, “How old are the plants?” He asks, looking at the flowers.

Chrys smiles brightly, “10 years now…”
