"You've done well," Gabe said. "You've only had… Occurrences because of your surroundings."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex shrugged his shoulders, closing his eyes and letting out a breath.

group

Gabe watched Alex a moment, then laid back down next to him.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex kept his eyes closer, hands resting on his stomach.

group

Gabe hummed a little in satisfaction, closing his eyes. The sun felt good.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex shifted a little, letting out a quiet breath.

group

Gabe looked over at Alex.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex's face was still tipped towards the sun.

group

Gabe let out a soft breath. Alex looked so… Nice. The admiration shown in his eyes.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex let out a faint breath, his brown hair streaming out into the grass.

group

Gabe just watched Alex. The sun was slowly lowering in the sky as the day continued.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex was starting to fall asleep, laying in the grass.

group

Gabe finally sat up as the sun was setting.
"Alex," he said softly. "We should get going."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex opened his eyes drowsily. "Oh. Okay." he replied, sitting up.

group

Gabe sat up with him, picking the food basket up.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex stretched, standing up.

group

Gabe stood as well, offering his hand to Alex. Alex still had the flower in his hair, but it's was more wilted now.
"Ready to head back?"

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex nodded, taking Gabe's hand. "Yes." he replied simply, smiling softly.

group

Gabe nodded, leading Alex back to the path out of the park.
"Today was fun," he said.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex nodded again. "It was." he said softly. "Thank you."

group

Gabe smiled at Alex's response. He led Alex back towards the apartment, humming softly as they walked.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex glanced up at Gabe for a moment, then returned his attention to the road ahead.

group

Gabe opened the door for Alex when they got back to the apartment, letting him go first. However, the ghost was inside already, in the bedroom.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex tensed a bit when he felt the presence of the ghost, slowing down a little bit.

group

Gabe noticed the change in Alex.
"What's wrong?" He asked gently.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"There's…the…the ghost again…"

group

Gabe pursed his lips, then stepped back.
"Then we'll stay somewhere else."

@ElderGod-Icefire

"But…this is your home…" he said slowly.

group

"It's yours too," Gabe said softly. "And if you can't go in right now, then we'll go somewhere else for now. Maybe try to find a way to get the ghost to leave."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Alex looked up at him, not really understanding. "But…"
