"Prove your fine," Myrah responded her arms crossing slightly.
She closed her book and looked up at her "how am I supposed to prove it, hm dearest?"
"Use your abilities," Myrah responded, "Or at least do something that proves your fine."
"I can walk… That counts right?" She asked with a sheepish smile

Ferris sighed, already knowing that she wouldn't be able to use her powers much or at all after the spell. "fine," she snapped her fingers, conjuring a handful of sand in her hand. Her hands started shaking with effort "see…i..i'm…ok.."
Myrah carefully took Ferris's hands, "You're not. Please don't try to pretend."
Ferris sighed and hung her head in defeat "I'm sorry, I just never knew anything other than to pretend. To hide my abilities and play off the effects as a temporary sickness or minor problem
Myrah leaned over and kissed Ferris's forehead, "That's fine, but try not to do so anymore? For me okay?"
Ferris nodded "for you," she repeated
Myrah smiled, "Thank you."
He nuzzled into her hand and smiled softly "looks like I won't be using my abilities for a bit."
Myrah laughed a little, "If that's what it takes. I think you use your powers too much."
"nah, just a smidge." She teased, glancing up at Myrah "your turn. Now where are we going?"
"I don't know," Myrah responded, "Where are we going?"
"Don't know, I took you here. Now it's your turn." Ferris said with a small smile
Myrah let out a long sigh, "Okay. Let's goooo to the movies or something."
Ferris laughed "you're right, it is fun." she stood shakily "movies sound good."
Myrah offered a hand out to Ferris, "Okay. Let's go then."
Ferris took it gratefully and nodded "which movie are we watching?
"I don't know," Myrah shrugged, "We'll have to see what's playing."
She nodded "what's your favorite type of movie? maybe we can find one that matches."
