Gay floof anyone?

(Wow. 50. That's a lot of notifications. I barely get that many even when I have been gone for like 3 weeks.)

"I don't know, really. I wish that I could just come out, but… heck, this is so new to me. I didn't even know that I apparently am bi or gay or whatever the heck I am until a couple of minutes ago. And I never thought that it would be you," Felix admitted, looking down at his hands.

It felt like a burning fire where Alex touched his skin, the flames leading straight up to his chest. He blushed, looking down. Slowly, he turned his own hand around where it rested at the bed, and braided his fingers with Alex's.

"Wow. This really is great." Felix laughed, but stopped as pain bloomed somewhere by his ribs. "Would be even better if I hadn't gotten into that darn accident." He made a grimace.

"Yeah. Me too." Felix sighed and leaned his head on top of Alex's. "Heck, who knows where I would have been now if you hadn't found me." He turned his head slightly, looking down at Alex with a warm little smile. "Thank you. I forgot to say that. Thank you for saving my life."

Felix looked at the clock on the hospital wall. "As much as I would want you to stay… you should probably go." He smiled at Alex, and the smile was sligthly sad. "You have school tomorrow, and I wouldn't want you to miss out on that because of me."

Felix hugged him back. "I know. Me too. But remember that at least it's not as awful as being trapped in a hospital bed with numerous injuries," he joked with a weak smile. Then he got a bit more serious. "I'll miss you. Are you coming back tomorrow?"

"Don't you dare, young man!" Felix said, doing the impression of a strict parent. "You can come here, but you'll have to bring your homework. Although…" A mischievous grin grew on his face. He tilted his head. "If I get to decide… you probably won't get much of your homework done anyways."

"Not even…" He smirked and tilted his head, "…kiss you?"

"Nooo," Felix whined, "Isn't that supposed to be the good part about being sick? Not having to do schoolwork?" He gave him a grumpy look, but smiled. "And I can most certainly not control myself," he mumbled under his breath.

"What? No. Totally not. I didn't say anything." Felix gave him an innocent smile, trying to keep himself from laughing. "I just… coughed. Yeah. That's what I did."

"Well, it might be because you know me way too well. And, um…" Felix blushed and glanced up at him, then back down again. "I might have… I might have said that… um, I might have said that I kinda, um, can't control myself." He bit his lower lip.

Felix shook his head slightly, a mischievous grin growing on his face. "Oh, Honey, you can't control me…"

Felix bursted out laughing. "I'd like to see that!" He said, trying to catch his breath. He imagined himself trying to kiss Alex in the hospital room, and then Alex's mom kicking the door open with ninja skills, running into the room and dragging them apart while yelling 'No nonooooooo!'

"Seriously though. It's late." Felix really didn't want Alex to leave, but he feared he had to.

"Trust me, I don't want that either." Felix sighed.
