“We’re pretty close so I’m sure she’ll agree. I’ll text her tonight, okay?” He finished eating and pulled Harrow into his lap. “How are you feeling?”

He nodded and nibbled on his sand which. “Thank you love.” He curled up comfortably and buried his face into Rowan’s shoulder. “Honestly? Sick. I just don’t want to feel like I belong to him anymore. I know I don’t but every time he’s around I feel like if we push him far enough he’ll break me in two.”
Rowan gazed down at him sadly. “You don’t belong to him, not even a little bit. He’s not going to hurt you, I promise. We won’t let him.” He replied gently. “We’re going to fix this and then we’ll get married and live happily ever after.”
He peeked up at Rowan “he’s already hurt me by hurting you. That’s the most pain he could possibly cause.” He hid his face again. “Who’ll wear the dreas?” He asked softly after a while of silence.
“Baby, he’s not going to hurt either of us.” He kissed the top of his head. “Unless you want to, neither of us.” He laughed softly.
He poured “aw, but you’d look so sexy in a dress.” He ran a hand through Rowan's hair
“And you’d look sexy with all your clothes on the floor of our bedroom but I’m not going to make you do that, now am I.” He grinned, nudging his nose against Harrow’s.
Harrow blushed and gently nudged back “I wouldn’t stop you.” He murmured quietly, “only you though,”
Rowan kissed him gently, smiling as he pulled away. “Of course only me. I’m not going to let anyone else touch you.” He replied, adding a kiss to his jaw.
He hummed softly and wrapped his arms around Rowan “he could never match up to you. No matter how similar he looks. He’ll never be you.”
“It’s kind of creepy isn’t it..” Rowan murmured, snuggling close to Harrow. “If he can change his appearance like that, what else can he do..”
"hopefully nothing more than that. also hoping that that was a one time thing." he hurried his face in Rowan's neck, gently tugging him closer for warmth.
“Me too, love.” He whispered, rubbing his back and arms. “I would suggest we take a walk but not if you aren’t up for it. We can stay here all day if you want.”
"I wouldn't mind a walk later. Have any place in particular you want to go?" he asked, looking up at Rowan brushing the back of his hand against his cheek
“Anywhere. We can take Sugar with us. Maybe stop by the park.” He suggested, gazing down at Harrow with a small smile.
"that sounds great, then she get to know the place." Suger jumped up with Rowan and harrow and settled close to them
Rowan picked her up and snuggled close to the pair of them.
Sugar peered up at them and nuzzled her head against Harrow’s chest, licking his chin and jumping around a little.
Harrow laughed softly and ruffled her hair "hi pretty girl, you're just an adorable ball of energy, aren't you?" he smiled up at Rowan and kissed his cheek "best decision ever."
Sugar jumped down from the couch and got her toy, bounding back to them and looking up at both of them expectedly.
Rowan laughed and started playing with her. “It was, wasn’t it.”
He watched as the two play with a happy smile, occasionally throwing the toy for Sugar. "ADorable little thing, i can't wait till we have toy groom you, we can literally make another dog out of all the hair we'll get when you shed."
Rowan laughed and leaned over to kiss Harrow on an instinct. “I love you so much.” He replied happily. “More than anything in the world.”
Harrow hummed softly and cupped Rowan’s cheek so ge wouldn’t go far. “I love you too, but sadly you and Sugar are very close completion.” He teased, kissing him again
Rowan sighed, “Understandable. I couldn’t compete with how cute she is.” He hummed, scratching behind Sugar’s ears.
“You’re in the rankings.” He reassured, standing up to find the leash and some treats so they could go out.
"Good to know, love." He laughed softly, leaning over to kiss Harrow before helping him with the leash and opening the door.
"Higher rankings," he corrected with a smile. he grabbed a few bags in case Sugar needed to relieve herself and his jacket. He pulled it over his shoulders and waited for Rowan and Sugar outside the apartment door
“Even better.” He kissed his cheek and took his free hand, laughing softly as Sugar began to walk excitedly.
Harrow rested his head on Rowan’s shoulder and smiled as they started down the street towards the park. ”she’s prancing!” Harrow squealed, happily bouncing as they walked
Rowan laughed, squeezing his hand. “She’s as excited as you are.” He glanced over at Harrow lovingly.
He nodded giddily and leaned his head back inn Rowan’s shoulders. He blushed and nodded sheepish to a couple who had seen his happy little dance. He smiled up at Rowan and kissed his cheek.
