Refusing to be intimidated, Julie met her possible future boss's eyes unflinchingly, smile never faltering. "I work well both solo and with a team. I'm not exactly a leader, but not a follower either, so sort of right in the middle. I know when it's necessary to take risks, and I know when it's not. Is that what you meant by 'function'?"
Julie thought for a moment, biting down on her bottom lip. "If I had to say.. I think I value my problem-solving skills the most. My ability to look at things from different angles– life is a puzzle to me, and I'm trying to solve it piece by piece."
(Ugghhhhhh I'm not smart enough to have this conversation or have Casey ask the questions she should ask. Sorry it may take me a bit to think about this)
What a mood))
((Luca's busy…… ;D))

Julie thought for a moment, biting down on her bottom lip. "If I had to say.. I think I value my problem-solving skills the most. My ability to look at things from different angles– life is a puzzle to me, and I'm trying to solve it piece by piece."
Casey took a sip of her tea. Her face was impassive, unreadable. "Alright. Now, as a hacker, you wouldn't be in the line of danger as often as some of us, but I'm not going to sugarcoat it. This will be a highly dangerous mission. How do you feel you do in dangerous situations?"
“Fairly well, I think, I’m not one to panic and freak out,” she replied with conviction. “I don’t really mind danger, but neither do I crave it.”
(blunt and to the point. damn i love casey)
(same tho)
Julie didn't miss a beat. "I can definitely handle it. My loved ones? Probably not, but the same goes for Sam."
"Definitely." Again, the answer was without hesitation.
"Good. Because I know you signed a confidentiality contract, but know that if I do hire you and any part of this mission leaks you will not be able to hide from me. I will hunt you down and I will kill you and it just won't be enjoyable for either of us." Casey sipped her tea. "Do you have any questions?"
Julie masked a snort by raising her mug to her lips, not a sound leaving her for a second or two. I'd like to see you try. "Yeah, what time would I have to be here daily?"
(would she get a room in Casey's flat?)
"Makes sense, and thanks," she replied, setting her mug down with a smile. "Anything else?"
Bump?))
