Hero vs Villain (O/O)

I want a villain - hero kind of roleplay, since I'm rather bored at the moment.

This is rated mature. Violence, swearing, gore, do the do (of course will be moved to pms) and the usual hero vs villain with a more… romance kinda thing.
This is set in a more present time
I can be the Hero or the Villain, it really doesn't matter to me.
I would prefer this to be gay. Lesbian or Gay. I don't care, it's up to you.
Please have proper grammar. Or at least decent grammar please.
I am busy, please understand that if I don't reply straight away.
I want a good, flowing rp please.

Prompts:

• "Give me your hands." It was soft at first, slowly gaining a demanding tone. Their voice was impossible to disobey. The hero let the villain drag their hands to the sink. Even scrubbing the blood out seemed a righteous pain, a deserving punishment for what they'd done. They couldn't stop shaking. Why couldn't they stop shaking? "I-I didn't mean-" The hero stuttered, the realization of killing someone sinking in. "There was so much blood…"
  "It was self defense, and you did so well…" The villain mutters, the reverence in the villains voice enough to make the hero pause.
• "If you want me, come and get me…" The hero panted.
  The villain paused, languidly sweeping a hand up and under their chin. "Want you in which way, darling? Don't get me wrong, both involve ropes. But that's an important distinction to make before we continue."
• The Hero shows up at the villain's house hurt, broken, defeated, and bleeding. But it wasn't the villain who had done it to them. "I had nowhere left to go…" They whispered breathlessly as the Villain caught them from falling. Anger spurred through the villain. Who ever hurt their hero was going to pay.
• "Jesus Christ eat the goddamn mac and cheese!" The hero scowls towards the villain. "I can hear your stomach growling through your armor."
  The Villain blinks, "You-"
  "Are feeding you. Yes. If all I wanted to do was punch people and throw criminals into jail, I would have become a vigilante. Heroism involves kindness, dipshit."
• "So prideful…" The villain wiped a tear from the hero's cheek. "You should have simply surrendered when you had the chance." they purred. "But now we're here."

Occupation: He's in law school, but works as a barista to help with money
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 140lbs
Appearance: King has shaggy about chin length raven black hair, ocean blue eyes, and is one pale boy. When not in costume he wears a lot of button-ups and fitted pants along with a set of glasses just to emphasize the fact that yes he is a nerd and yes he will gladly sweep your ass in court. His hair is often pulled back into a tamed ponytail or gelled back to match the aesthetic.
Personality: He's intelligent and a bit… Quirky is the word I'm going to use. One of the biggest complaints the press ever has about him is that he tends to be overly destructive, but gets the job done without any casualties or injuries, so they can't exactly complain. I'm still working on his character, so that's all I got for now.
Likes: Helping people, skirting the law, saving people, pirates, and learning law
Dislikes: Eh I don't know
Fears: Someone figuring out his identity, because then the city can actually sue him for damages.
Hero/Villain Name: Crystalline Pirate
Costume: His costume is very reminiscent of the more fantastical idea of a pirate. He wears a red bandana to keep his bangs from his face and a low ponytail to keep the rest out of it. King's general outfit is a lot more fitted than the looser puffier clothing you might typically think of wearing a white button shirt that always, always, has the top three buttons unbuttoned, tight jeans, a dark navy blue sash around the waist, a black mask that covers the eye area and nose area (Like a masquerade mask), brown leather gloves, and a brown leather belt which has pouches lining it each filled with a different crystal type (They rotate regularly so don't expect to think 'oh fire is in the front' no it's on his butt today) with a holder for his cutlass on it as well.
Power: He can store the elements in different crystal. For instance, rubies can hold fire, sapphires can hold ice, and quartz can hold air. He can also control elements straight up avatar style, but that takes a lot of energy and physical toll on his body so he tries his best not to do so.
Weapon/tools: A belt filled with crystals along with a dull cutlass to match with his whole pirate thing.
Description of Ability: Kind of put that above.
Strength of Ability: ^The crystals don't hold a lot so he can't make like a forest fire or something, but they hold a good amount.

Appearance: Colby has chocolate brown hair that's rather unruly. He tends to slick in back when he's working or when in his villain form. He has stunning green eyes that are either bright and happy or the last thing you will ever see. He's very slender, and more of a lean build, and has lightly tanned skin, nothing to pale or dark. He has very faint freckles along his cheeks, which he prefers to hide with makeup. The freckles get thicker when they move across his neck and his shoulders, down his back, everywhere.
Personality: He's a brilliant man, taking over his fathers business when he turned 20. He graduated high school at 16. He can be rather cold towards people, depending on whether or not he's in a good mood. He can be very flirtatious and excellent at sweet talking. He's good-natured, it's not seen that way though. He's more of a Chaotic Neutral. He goes by his own whims. He's also really good at analyzing people
Likes: He loves the cold, being by himself, listening to music, reading, writing, archer, learning combat skills, cats, snakes
Dislikes: Larger crowds of people, but he deals with them, bright light, heat (he get's easily overheated), small dogs
Fears: Losing his little brother, failure.
Hero/Villain Name: Void
Costume: Long blue and purple trench coat that reaches about mid calf, with a high neck and cuffed sleeves, pitch black finger-less gloves, knee high boots and a mask that covers half his face (the eyes and forehead). He wears his civilian clothes underneath his costume.
Power: Telekinesis (Ability to move things with ones mind)
Weapon/tools: He has a small dagger in his coat that he can use rather well
Description of Ability: He can move things, including himself with his mind
Strength of Ability: He can move mostly anything really.
Weakness of Ability: There are certain limits of what he can lift. He has to train his mind to learn how to lift things. The heavier the object, the harder it is to pick up
