Hero x Villain // O/O // Closed

So…I want to do an angsty, mature hero x villain. I have a couple different prompts in mind, that I will post once someone expresses interest. I want it to be a romance sort of a thing, and I would like it to be gay. Depending on the prompt I will play either the hero or the villain, though most likely the villain. I would prefer the partner to be descriptive. I realize this description may be a bit confusing, but hopefully you get the gist of what I'm saying.

• This will be a mature RP, and will have cussing, along with some darker themes

• "What the hell is this?" they gestured at the villain. Barely recognizable, curled up in a fetal position to protect their head as much as they could with their hands bound behind their back.
  The rage seared through the hero and left them breathless.
  "They're not talking…"
  "You don't bloody kick someone when they're down!"
  "They would."
  "Yeah, well-" They strode over to the villain, kneeling to inspect the damage. "-we're supposed to be better." The villain flinched from even the most gentle of touches - it made their chest ache.
• The villain was curled up in their bed. Fast asleep, in their bed. No broken windows, no broken locks - just there. A bolt of rage shot through the hero before they got a better look at them and…oh god. They let them sleep. Tucked over another blanket. Went into the kitchen and made food, something warm to drink, and fished out some painkillers. Their eyes flicked over when the villain made a clammy appearance.
  "Sit down," they ordered. "You're not going anywhere until I've taken a look at your wounds."
  The villain sat. Huddled up in one of the hero's old hoodies. "You're not interrogating me. Or angry."
  "Oh, I'm furious. But shockingly enough, for once not at you. If i ask you what happened, you're going to run, aren't you?"
  The villain didn't deny it. This was different, somehow.
• "You think you get to live in peace? After everything you've done?"
  The once villain was a shadow of themselves, a wisp designed to take up as little space as possible in the world because maybe they wouldn't hurt it. To squash down fear, anger, hate. They stared at the intruders with haunted, desperate eyes.
  "Please, don't. Not here. I'll come quietly - just, please. Not here." Here, nobody knew them. Here, the once villain could be better.
  "Anyone who harbors a criminal is a criminal."
  They didn't mean to lose it at that.
• (This one is where the hero is undercover at a ball that the villain hosted. Just for some context) "Perhaps I can have this dance?"
  The hero's heart dropped into their stomach, despite the fact that this was very much useful to the mission. They managed a mute nod and the villain took their hand, drawing them close, capturing their hands in a grip secure enough that it made it difficult to go for a weapon. The music dipped intimate and they swayed.
  "You know," the villain murmured against their ear. "I've been watching you all night.
  Oh shit, had they been caught?
• The villain had shown up at their door. That would have been a nightmare, would have been something they had never dreamed could happen, but…the villain hadn't shown up to attack. They had shown up…bloody. Beaten. Barely conscious and fighting to stay awake. They hadn't spoken a single word since the hero had brought them inside, clothes barely staying on a bleeding, broken body.

Looks: Rowan is a little bit taller than average height, with broad shoulders and a slim, well-muscled body. He has straight black hair, which he keeps neatly combed at almost all times. His eyes are a pale silvery grey, though they seem to grow darker when he uses his powers. His torso is covered in scars that range from faint marks to raised seams in his skin. He is Caucasian, with a bit of a tan.
Powers: Ability to kill someone with a touch, and raise the dead/control the dead. Basically, necromancy.

Light brown eyes that look gold in the light, ~5’10”, often wears simple/plain clothes when he’s not out being a hero. Unhealthily thin as well, but he has a tiny bit of muscle on him.
Hero outfit, (except a little more tight-fitting) which he wears underneath his clothes.
Powers: He controls ice. Damian can shoot it out of his palms, freeze water around him (the closer it is to him, the colder it will be), coat small surfaces with ice, conjure ice out of thin air, basically anything that has to do with ice.
Other: He’s not very good at expressing his feelings sometimes, when he’s under stress he can get nervous easily.

Rowan approached the pale haired male, adjusting his suit. "May I have this dance?" he asked, extending his hand to the thin man before him. He didn't know the name, but found he didn't particularly mind that. He could find out later. He was wearing a black suit cut to fit his figure, and looked very handsome. And with the way he behaved, it was obvious that he knew it.

(Awesome! This is gonna be so fun!)
Annnnnnd… crap. Damian, who was sporting a simple black suit that was just a little bit too large on him, had been munching on some hors d'oeuvres and had kept a watchful eye on the Reaper. He needed to get intel to figure out a way to stop the man from his crimes once and for all, and this was the perfect opportunity, but… Damian was in no way good at charming someone, he much preferred eavesdropping and watching from afar before striking. Damian made himself smile, trying and failing to say something, and ended up nodding wordlessly, taking the Reaper’s hand. He knew he had naturally colder skin than normal, but he hoped the other male wouldn’t take notice.

Rowan gave him a grin. "Not much for talking, are you? That's fine." He led him onto the dance floor, one hand settling on Damien's waist, the other holding his hand. "So, what's your name? I appear to be at a disadvantage, since you know my name, and I don't know yours. Or at least, I would assume you know my name. You're at my dance, for Christ's sake!" He seemed to be talking a bit more than usual, but that didn't matter overly much. His hair was neatly combed, and his high, rather sharp cheekbones caught the light and cast shadows on his face that almost made him look like one of the skulls that he resurrected. His grey eyes glittered with intelligence, and perhaps a touch of something else as well.

Damian swallowed, forcing himself not to tense up when the Reaper of all people put his hand on his waist. Weapons, need access to weapons, need to have my hands ready in case he attacks- Damian had to remind himself that right now, he was just a man, and needed to act like one. He wasn’t an undercover hero, he was normal, and he could manage simply talking. “My name’s Damian,” He replied softly, taking the moment to absorb all of the Reaper’s features. He didn’t have many opportunities to get this close to the handsome man. No, not handsome. More like… physically attractive to most people, but definitely not myself. “The party is lovely,” He commented, smiling, but kept his gaze a little lowered because no matter how great people seemed to think he was, Damian was horrible at talking to people without getting tongue tied. Especially attractive people.

Rowan nodded. "Oh, that that's a lovely name." He replied. "I've always liked that name." He gave Damian a friendly smile, leading him through the dance easily. There was a faint scent of alcohol on his breath, though it wasn't bad. Not as bad as it could have been, considering that Rowan used it as a coping mechanism to deal with certain issues in his private life. "Thank you. Although all the thanks for the design of the party should go to my cousin. She designed it. I'll introduce you to her later, if you like."

Damian swayed with Rowan -no, he swayed with the Reaper- and forced himself to pay attention rather than lose himself in the gentle dance. Maybe the Reaper’s cousin could be -though Damian hated to be so cynical- a good chip of persuasion. He tried to convince himself that it’d be worth it t hold someone hostage if it meant it could save more lives. “I’d love to meet her,” Damian replied, unconsciously biting his lower lip—one of his habits he typically fell in to. He glanced up at Rowan’s eyes, but then looked away when he felt his cheeks heat up with a light blush. Why on earth did he -the Reaper- have to ask me to dance? It would’ve been infinitely much easier for Damian to analyze from afar, even though logistically this was better for the mission.

Rowan nodded. "You know… I've been watching you all evening." He said softly in Damian's ear. He had been. Wondering if he could risk trying to get close to someone. If he could risk letting someone in. He wanted to. Rowan was very alone. He didn't seem like it, but there weren't many people he could or would confide in. His parents were dead, and he had no siblings. He lived alone in a too-large house.

Damian’s cheeks were beginning to burn as his cheeks as he blush intensified. Shit shit shit shit shit. I’m so dead. Damian was ready, ready to throw himself away from the man and shoot ice at him, put he was honestly grabbing at straws. He knew he’d probably be dead before he could even move, if the Reaper knew who he was. “Y-You have?” He asked, but he voice was hardly more than a whisper. Why won’t my heart stop pounding?

Rowan nodded. "Mhm." He smiled slightly, noticing the blush. He gently tipped Damian's head up to look at him. "I have. I always watch the prettiest people in the room." He winked a bit flirtatiously, smiling a little. Rowan's fingers were long and thin, the type a pianist might have. Or in Rowan's case, a necromancer. He swayed with Damian still, wondering what it would take to make the other male trust him. He could tell that he didn't. Which was wise, but…it got so tiring. Everyone was scared of him and what he could do. The skeletal armies that came when he called, the way all he had to do was touch someone and they died.

Damian’s breath escaped his lungs when he looked into Rowan’s stunning eyes. Damian expected himself to be relieved that he was only flirting, but his heart just fluttered more. For a second, he wasn’t the Frost, and Rowan wasn’t the Reaper. “I-I’m not- I’m not pretty, I- I’m not.” He stuttered shyly, knowing he really should be capitalizing on the situation and flirting back, but heavens just because he knew the steps to a successful mission didn’t mean he could easily fulfill them. Just because someone watched thousand of cooking shows didn’t mean they were a good cook.

Rowan rolled his eyes. "Fine. Handsome, then. Hot. Cute. Whatever descriptive you would prefer." He smirked a little, pulling Damian closer. The song was already about halfway over, and he realized that he didn't want it to end. "I'm serious. I looked at everyone in the room, and you were the best-looking one."

Damian blushed heavily. “I- Th-There’s no way anyone could think me to be anything but boring,” He stammered, but curse his own loneliness he leaned into the other male. The Reaper. Damian tried to convince himself that this was for the mission, to get more intel and find a way to stop the Reaper, but dang it his stupid emotions were getting in the way and he had a hard time lying to himself. He wondered if Rowan truly did know who Damian really was, and was calling him cute and pretty and handsome to get him all flustered.
