Eric nodded, taking his hand as they left.
Hey, wanna gay one on one?
Jackson had a little grin on and held Eric's hand as they walked.
Eric hummed softly, shoving his free hand in his pocket.
Jackson held onto his backpack strap and looked over at Eric, “So you do like music other than punk.”
Eric nodded. "Yeah, some stuff."
“Can I ask what stuff?” Jackson asked.
"…Would you laugh if I said emo?" He asked, half smiling.
"No," Jax responded with a grin, "I wouldn't."
"Well, emo." He said, laughing. "Sometimes alt-pop, if I'm in the mood."
Jackson nodded with a smile, "Not bad, fits the whole punk thing you've got going for you."
Eric smiled. "Guess it does…" He said, humming to himself.
"I would be shocked if it didn't," Jax teased a little with a smile.
"Well, I am nothing if not predictable." He said, laughing softly.
"Yep," Jackson gave him a grin, "Really predictable."
Eric smiled, bumping against him gently.
Jackson gave him a little bump back, "So, what type of music do you think I like?"
"Well, you said pop and rock before…" He said, looking like he was thinking.
"Yep," Jackson gave him a slight grin.
Eric looked up. "I'm gonna guess Imagine Dragons?"
Jackson gave him a grin, "How'd ya guess?"
"Oh, just the fact that you were looking for their sheet music." He said, grinning back.
Jackson let out a laugh, "I guess that would be a giveaway."
Eric nodded. "A bit."
"Soooooo, you like the band too?" Jackson asked a little hopefully.
Eric nodded. "I know a few of their songs."
"Cool," Jackson gave him a smile.
Eric blushed, chewing his lip.
Jax looked at Eric, "So, uh, your place right?"
Eric nodded. "Yeah." He said softly. "So let's hope dad isn't home!"
"Yep," Jackson let out a nervous laugh, "Let's hope so."
