Jo wakes up slowly, and looks around tiredly.
"Hello?" they call out sleepily.

Nikki had stepped out of the room for a minute but when she heard jo and she stepped inside "yeah"

Jo's face brightens when they see Nikki.
"You're alive. . ." they murmur happily.

Nikki walks inside and sits on the bed
"Uh yeah.. I'm alive.. Are you okay? "

Jo shakes their head, shifting so that they can attempt - and fail - to sit up.
"I'm fine, I think. Still can't exactly control my body. . . speaking of, how much did I fucking drink?"

Nikki chuckled a little at his attempt to sit up and she placed her hand on his chest to keep him there "you drank… About maybe 7 bottles. "

Jo raises an eyebrow.
"You're kidding. There's no way I'd be that dumb."

Nikki shrugged a smirk on her face
"Oh but you were that dumb"
Jo groans.
"My nerves may never be the same. . . I'll need a fucking wheelchair. . . we can't afford a fucking wheelchair, we live in an abandoned apartment for Christ's sake!"
They weren't sure when exactly "she" and "I" had become "we," but it had.

Jo mutters something unintelligible, before speaking clearly again.
"I am being logical. By all rights, drinking that much would put me in a literal coma, yet here I am. Maybe instead of a coma, I have little ability to move."

Nikki laughed a little
"Well your not in a coma so I wouldn't be complaining I can ask the kid what to do but it would probably come with a side of attitude"
Jo sighs, and, with effort, sits up, then swings their legs over the side of the bed.
"I might be able to ask him myself."

Nikki looks a bit distressed
"Um jo I wouldn't do that-"
Jo gives Nikki a small smile, sweat beading on his forehead.
"I'll be fine. I think."
They slowly stand up, nearly falling once, catching theirself and laughing unconvincingly.

Nikki watches in amusement as he stands shaking her head slightly "jo… Just lay down"
Jo chuckles.
"You know me, once I get an idea it never goes away."

Nikki shook her head and stood up
"And if I picked you to the bed? "
Jo sighs.
"Please don't? I might end up kissing you, you know. Cooties, and all that." they tease.

She paused for a moment before looking at him
"Jo…. We've fucked you think I give a shit about 'Cooties' pfft what the fuck ever"
She rolls her eyes before pushing him into the bed and straddling him with her arms crossed
"And here we are back on the bed oh my"
Jo grins up at Nikki and wiggles his fingers dramatically.
"Cooties! Ew!" they say, just as dramatic as their finger wiggle.

Nikki smirks and grabs his wrists before pulling his arms above his head on the bed and leaning her face down so she was inches away before kissing him about the same why he did the night they were drunk, slipping her tongue his mouth and pulling away rather quickly
"Hmm damn your infected now sorry. '
Jo raises a perfect eyebrow, licking his lips.
Clearly, he was about to say something very distracting.
"I wasn't just drunk, then. Your mouth and lips do taste like candy." they smirk.
A flash of memory comes back to him, and he leans up, purring his next words into Nikki's ear.
"And so does the rest of you, sweetheart. . ."

"In your elegant words? 'We've fucked you think I give a shit about 'perviness?'" Jo replies.
