Arthur felt the other's arm around him, and his eyes widened a little, slowly turning to look up at Ryder.

(EVIL WRITERS UNITE!! EVIL CACKLING)

He raised an eyebrow at him with a slight smile. "Yes?"

Arthur didn't respond, instead cuddling into the other's side as his blushing intensified.

His smile widened. "You're cute when you blush." Aaand I just screwed myself over. Good job figuring that one out, genius.

Arthur blushed even more, "R-Really?" he choked out, his voice high pitched with embarrassment.

(Superheroes aren't really my thing so I haven't seen nor will I ever, probably.)
His smile only brightened. "Yeah, totally. Brings out the color in your eyes."

Arthur made a small noise somewhere between a squeak and a whine, now a bright red.

He chuckled softly. "You're adorable." And you're gay. And you can shut the hell up.

Arthur finally hid his blushing self in his hood, a whimpering whine rising in his throat.

He laughed, still watching him. "Aww, no need to be shy. I'm not as scary as I look, really."

Arthur pulled his hood over his head, blushing furiously underneath.

He just shook his head with a smile. He really was adorable.

Arthur stayed like that, trying to process the interaction that just happened.

He continued to watch him. Seeing him flustered was so cute.

Arthur wanted to ask what they were just doing. If the other was gay. But he was stuck in flustered shock.

He picked the other's chin up, forcing him to look up at him. "There's the blushing beauty."

Arthur was still flushed, and now a lottle tense as he looked up at the other.

"Y'know, you've got some really pretty eyes." He muttered quietly.

"Y-you too…" said Arthur shyly…

"What, these old icy blues?" He winked at him with a smile. "They are pretty, aren't they?"

Arthur tensed even more, not sure how to react.

He chuckled softly. "Hello? Anyone home in there?"

Arthur melted, burying his face in the other's shirt out pure embarrassment.

He laughed, squeezing him slightly tighter. "You're too cute."

"N-no I'm n-not…" stuttered Arthur.

"Yes you are and you can't convince me otherwise."
