"Currently I might be dead in a few mere minutes," Gwen said, trying to sound as if it was nothing for Ethan to worry about.

"This is Liam we're talking about. The Liam who was in love with me before I chose you? He won't hesitate to kill me to get revenge. And he has the perfect opportunity with a sword at my throat."

Gwen was horror stuck. "How on earth do you expect me to do that? Out of the question. I won't do it."

Gwen smiled brightly. "Yeah I can do that! With a sword at my throat, any sudden movement will sever an artery and I'll bleed out in a matter of seconds! Yeah, I can do that!" Her smiled disappeared. "Really. Distract them and run. That's your plan?"

Gwen pinched the bridge of her nose, frowning. "Fine," She said eventually. "I'll seduce him. It'll be easy, I know who's weak spots."

"And what do you need help with. If it's physical, i can't help."

"I forget, what's your magic again?" Gwen asked.

"Uh… Cauterise the wound. That will stop it from bleeding but it will still hurt. Until we can get you home to Alya who can heal you… That's it, Ethan!"

"No, Ethan. I'm an Elementis. I can use my magic against them."

"I will. Bye." Gwen disappeared from the white space.

Gwen slowly opened her eyes to the same corridor. Raven had grown bored and was sitting on a window ledge. She could feel Liam's breathing chest against her back, but his grip of the sword was weakened. She could no longer feel such a sharp pain. Now's my chance.

Liam and Raven seemingly hadn't seen that Gwen had opened her eyes. Heating her palm out, she wanted a few seconds for it to get extremely hot. When it reached that point, she put it against Liam's bare thigh. He didn't realise that he had a burning hand on his thigh for a few seconds, and then he let out an earsplitting scream.

"You fucking little bitch!" Liam yelled, limping a little. He started to bring his sword down on Gwen, who grabbed her own sword and held it up, their blades hitting and making a resounding noise.

"You think you can beat us?" Liam asked as he swung at Gwen, missing her everytime.
"I know I can beat you. You underestimate me, Liam. I am a Queen, a fiance and a mourning sister. You kidnapped Ethan and locked him up all because I didn't chose you all those years ago."
She sent a little bit of water down the corridor in which she could hear Ethan breathing. It was such a little amount of water that neither Raven nor Liam spotted it.

"That's why you did this?!" Raven practically screamed, distracting Liam enough for Gwen to disarm him and back away. "Because she chose Ethan over you?! Do you even love me?!"
