Marco scooted back, making sure he was still covered nervously, "I-It's okay.." he said softly, scooting back a little more, tempted to just shift and hide in some small nook, but who knew how the other would take that.

"I'll go first. My mom is a shifter and when my dad found out he left one night and never came back. I was already born. So, my mom did her best to take care of e and she still does. Even works extra shifts at the hospital. So, I've been living here all my life. I came out as gay to my mom and she took it pretty well. So? How did you end up on the streets?" he asked.

"I… Uhmmm…" he shied a little, eyes flicking away before he allowed himself to shift, already relaxing a little once he as back in the form of a small tabby cat, his indigo markings showing on the tip of his tail, his paws, and his tummy.

Marco didn't dare move as the other held him, barely breathing whenever the other touched him, the whole thing becoming painfully overwhelming until he finally darted off of the other's chest, following instinct and moving to hide in the back of the closet, shifting into a black and blue chipmunk as he moved.

“I’ll go get some snacks and water…” he ran down stairs and when he got to the kitchen. He took a deep breath in and out. As Levi prepared the plate he hopped that Marco wasn’t gone.
