Cas whimpered again, burying his face in Aki's shoulder and staying still as Rose bandaged him up. "Alright, I want you two to stay in here until we know for sure that it's safe." She said.

He nods and holds Cas close. He kisses his cheek, holding him closely. "Its okay, love. We're okay." He murmurs.
Cas nodded weakly. Once Rose had tended to both of their injuries, she let them be alone. It was a while until the guards came in and gave them the all-clear.
Aki never let go of Cas, his eyes shutting as he rests his head on the others shoulder. He muttered sweet nothings, taking care of the other in any way possible.
The guards stood watch outside the door to make sure nothing could get in to Aki and Cas. It took Cas several more minutes to calm down, at which point he seemed exhausted and wasn't in the mood to talk much at all.
Aki kissed his lips gently before carefully picking him up bridal style. "Let's go get you to a bed… You're exhausted…" He whispers.
Cas just nodded, clearly not having the will to argue. He just closed his eyes and crossed his arms firmly over his stomach, which was still lightly bleeding.
Aki whispered a soft healing spell to stop the bleeding and help the healing process before carrying him to an empty bedroom. He had a feeling neither of them wanted to go back to their room for a little while.
Cas was grateful for Aki's choice, though he didn't voice it. The guards trailed after them and stationed themselves outside of the room.
Aki gently sets the other on the bed, kissing his forehead sweetly. He settles beside Cas and pulls him to his chest.
Cas yawned a bit and cuddled close to Aki, though after a minute or two, he suddenly jolted awake. He thought he'd heard something, but nothing was there.
Aki was snoozing when he felt the other jolt up. He sat up sleepily, pulling Cas close to him and kissing his lips gently. "What's wrong, love?" He mutters.
"I-I… nothing, I just… I thought I heard something…" He huddled close to Aki, seeming rather jittery and tense.
"Would it help if I cast some protective spells?" He asks gently, his hand running through Cas's hair as he tried to assure him everything was okay.
Cas nodded, pushing his head needily into Aki's hand and staying as close to the other as possible.
Aki nods before casting some spells around the room. He curled around Cas once finished, kissing his lips sweetly. "You're safe now. It's okay."
He nodded again and kissed Aki back needily. He didn't want to be apart from the other for even a moment.
Aki smiled into the kiss, gently catching his bottom lip with his teeth before returning to gently kissing Cas. "I love you so much, dove." He whispers.
"I love you too…" He murmured between kisses. "Please don't leave me…"
"I won't my darling angel." He whispers, peppering his face with gentle kisses. "I promise."
"Mm…" Cas tucked his head under Aki's chin, wrapping his arms around the other's neck. "Thank you…"
"Of course, love." He whispers, kissing the top of his head. "I love you so much." He murmured, his eyes shutting as he held the other close.
"Love you too…" Cas yawned, letting his eyelids flutter shut as well. He relaxed in Aki's arms, soon falling into a light sleep again.

Aki woke up slowly, sighing as the soft sunlight soaked into the room. He looks around before cuddling closer to Cas.
