Lucian closed his own eyes, holding onto Aki's hands gently. He winced slightly as he felt something almost…scratching at his eye, but didn't move or pull away.

Aki inhaled softly and finished chanting. He felt a small sting and he slowly opened his eyes. He could see, even if it was from one eye. He could see Lucien. He choked up, tears falling down his cheeks as he lunges forward to hug Lucien lovingly.
Lucian wrapped his arms around Aki, his eyes still closed. "Did it work?" he asked in a soft voice, holding his lover close. "Can you see now?"
His voice trembled a little when he spoke. "Yes…" He whispered breathlessly. "I can see again." He whispered, pulling back to gently cup Lucien's cheeks and kiss him softly. "Thank you, love. But… let me see your eyes." He whispers.
Lucien opened his eyes, looking down at Aki. He blinked, trying to get used to only being able to see from one eye, instead of two. "Lucky for me, I'm a swordsman and not an archer. I only need one eye."

Aki smiled a bit up at his boyfriend, kissing his cheek sweetly. "I suppose that is lucky…" He murmurs. He glances at Lucien and hugs him gently. He didn't know what he would do without the other.
Lucien hugged him back, kissing his forehead and smiling. "I love you." he said softly.
Aki hugged him close, leaning into those soft kisses. "I love you too, darling." He whispers quietly, nuzzling into Lucien. He didn't know where he would be without the other.
Lucien smiled a little, still trying to get used to losing half his vision. "We should get back to my brother. To René. Before he wakes up and freaks out."
He nods and slowly stands before extending his hand to Lucien before standing on the side that he was blind. they could be each others eyes in a sense. "Let's go get your brother." He mutters softly.
Lucien nodded, holding onto Aki's hand. "Yeah. And then I have to talk to my father about…how we're going to handle everything."
He nods slowly. His mood instantly dampens. He knew that Lucien's father didn't really approve of him, especially with being Luciens… "fling" as he heard the king phrase it at some point.
Lucien rubbed his thumb over Aki's knuckles gently. "I meant about René. Not you." he said softly.
He leaned into the other and kissed his knuckles into the other and smiled. "I know." He mutters. He just didn't like facing the king. He hummed and slowly moved forward, his eyes shutting.
Lucien nodded a little bit, taking a deep breath. "Alright. I love you." he said softly.
"I love you too." He whispers quietly, his eyes shutting. He just needed to think, to breathe. He didn't know what to expect any more. He sighed and kissed his cheek gently. He took Lucien's arms gently. "Let's go."
Lucien nodded, and started heading towards his bedroom to get René.
Aki follows quietly and leans against his boyfriend, humming happily to himself. But he was still worried about Lucien… for him to give everything to Aki, only for him to give so little in return…
Lucien opened the door to his bedroom, leading Aki inside quietly. René was still curled on the bed sleeping, his curly dark hair falling into his face a little.
Aki enters the room and inhales slowly, settling back on the couch. He smiles at the others and leans against the couch.
Lucien headed over to René, sitting down on the bed and gently waking up the young boy.
Aki stayed quiet, he didn't want to interrupt the brothers. He didn't find it his place to do so. So he kept quiet.
Lucien and René talked quietly for a bit, and then they came over to Aki. "Let's go talk to my father. You don't have to come if you don't want to." Lucien said to Aki.
Aki stood slowly when Lucien walked over to him. "I'll come with you." He says softly. "Someone has to explain your eye." He chuckles, rubbing his thumb under Lucien's blinded eye.
Lucien laughed a little, kissing him softly. "Hm, true." he replied, taking Aki's hand. René was silent, watching them quietly.
Aki smiled a little bit and kissed him back sweetly. He takes Lucien's hand and gives a happy sigh. He hummed as he turned his attention to his boyfriend and then to the little prince. He smiles gently.
