“I always liked comedies,” Allie replied. “Like Friends, The Office, Parks and Rec, That 70’s Show, stuff like that.”
“It’s the End of the World as We Know It” (O/O)
He chuckled, and nodded. "Hm, alright." he responded, glancing over at her for a moment, then away at the forest again.
“I also loved superhero movies,” she added. “And the occasional rom com. You?”
He smiled. "Superhero movies are good." he agreed. "Uhm…action adventure stuff." he shrugged. "I don't know."
“Did I ever tell you I tried to make my own movie?” she asked with a laugh. She shook her head slightly at her younger self.
Logan raised his eyebrows slightly, and chuckled. Then blushed as his mind went straight into the gutter. No!! Bad Logan, very bad! He cleared his throat softly. "Ah. About…what?" he asked slowly.
Allie laughed again. “Okay, this is really dumb, but it was a rom com. My cousin was going to be the main character and we were going to use the local high school to film and everything. I thought I was so cool and artsy back then,” she explained with an eye roll.
Logan laughed. "Oh, good. Sounds funny. My mind sort of went, er…straight into the gutter." he replied, blushing again and shaking his head. "So."
Allie blushed as well, glancing at the ground before back at him with a laugh. “God, Logan! No!” she replied, trying to sound scandalized, though she obviously found it funny.
Logan laughed. "I'm sorry! I'm a teenage boy, I couldn't help it!" he replied, laughing still. "Don't kill me!"
She lightly punched him in the arm. “Ugh, you’re such a typical boy!” she teased, laughing as well. Her face was still a bit red.
Logan grinned at her. "I mean…I'm not human, but thanks." he chuckled softly, smirking a little as he looked over at her.
“Well you sure act like it,” Allie replied with a smirk, looking back at him.
Logan shrugged. "Gee, thanks." he replied with another laugh.
“That’s not really a compliment,” Allie replied with another smirk and a laugh. A lot of the boys she knew were annoying, in her opinion.
Logan smirked. "I know." he replied, looking at her with a smile.
She rolled her eyes. “What were we talking about again?”
"Movies." he replied, looking at her. "Specifically, the movie you made with your cousin."
“Oh, right. Did you ever do anything like that?” Allie asked, curious. He had to have made something stupid too when he was younger.
"No." Logan replied softly. "I didn't." He shrugged. "I guess I have more brains." He winked, smirking.
Allie scoffed. “As if!” she teased. She tossed her hair. “You’re talking to the third grade spelling bee champion.”
Logan laughed. "Ouch, only third grade?" He asked, smirking. "That's sad."
Allie rolled her eyes. “Oh yeah? Were you ever spelling bee champion?”
"Nope. I…never went to school here, remember?" He replied.
“Oh. Right,” Allie said, nodding. “But then you can’t say you’ve done better than third grade spelling bee champion.” She smirked.
He rolled his eyes. "Mm. I see." He replied, shaking his head a little bit.
Allie giggled. “Good.” She shot him a teasing smirk and a wink.
He chuckled. "Fine." He rolled his eyes at her.
Allie mimicked him, lowering her voice a bit and copying his expression. “Fine.” She laughed, going back to her normal self. “I definitely peaked in third grade.”
Logan laughed. "Ouch. That hurts you, I'm sure." He replied.
