"I know, and I love it when you do, but… you duck most of them. I know it might not reflect reality perfectly, but it's how I see you and I think you ought to know that." Bryn shrugged, curling up against his chest.

Sebastian's eyes widened a little, and then his face settled into a contented smile.
"Okay, Bryn. Thank you." He kissed Bryn softly, taking the demon's hands in his own lovingly.
Bryn took his hand, carefully lacing their fingers together. He didn't say anything for a while, just looked at their joined hands with breathless wonder. "Of course. You're my pretty, perfect human."

Sebastian blushed a little, but this time he didn't try to deny the compliment.He ran his thumb over the back of Bryn's hand, smiling softly.
Bryn purred softly, curling closer to Sebastian– always closer– and tucking his head into his human's neck where he kissed the soft skin. "You're so soft," he mumbled, happy. "And warm. Made for comfort."

"Only the best for you," Sebastian said quietly, leaning his head against Bryn's with a happysound.
Bryn smiled and pulled his face from the crook of Sebastian's neck so they could press their foreheads together. "Only the best for me; and you're the best."

Sebastian blushed, grinning as he pressed his forehead lightly against Bryn's.
'You're making me blush," he said, stating the obvious.
Bryn kissed each of his cheeks and then the tip of his nose, smiling brightly. "I know. I like making you blush, it makes you even prettier than normal."

This just made Sebastian blush even more.
"B-Bryn!" he said, laughing lightly.
Bryn smiled and leaned up to kiss him. "See! You're gorgeous, even more beautiful than you were a second ago."

Sebastian returned the kiss. Then let out a little groan, burying his face in Bryn's chest.
"B-Bryn…" Still, there was a small grin on Sebastian's face.
Bryn reached up to pet his hair, smoothing it down with a laugh. "What? We had our little chat about compliments already, accept my affection!"

"I'm trying!" Sebastian protested weakly, pressing his face more into Bryn's chest, muffling his words.
Bryn laughed harder and kissed the top of his head. "Good! Lemme see your pretty blush then, I worked so hard to get it here in the first place."

Sebastian shook his head, not taking his face away from Bryn's chest. He sighed, letting a small smile sneak out.
Bryn pouted, pulling away quickly and taking Sebastian's face in his hands with a grin so he could admire the blush. "But Sebastian, you look so nice."

Sebastian's entire face turned a shade of red, trying to move so Bryn's hands were covering most of it. He let out a little embarrassed squeak.
"B-Bryn, please…"
"Oh fine, here." Bryn let go of Sebastian's face, letting him hide away in his chest. "You don't have to be so embarrassed, you know." He smoothed down Sebastian's hair, petting him gently. "I think you're very cute. What gets you so worked up?"

Sebastian quickly buried his face back into Bryn's chest, taking deep breaths.
"I just… I have a hard time accepting stuff like that."
Bryn nodded, carding his fingers through Sebastian's hair soothingly. "I'm sorry I yanked you out into the open like that. I didn't realize it would upset you, and I should've respected your privacy."

"It's okay," Sebastian said, finally able to pull away from Bryn's chest and look up at him.
"You didn't know." He gave a small smile.
Bryn smiled back at him, hesitant but clearly happy that Sebastian was feeling better. "It's not, that was really rude of me. But… um… I'm glad you forgive me."

Sebastian wrapped his arms around Bryn's waist, pulling himself up so they were eye to eye. He lightly pecked Bryn on the lips.
"Well, I'm actually glad you keep complimenting me. I… I wanna be able to get complimented without blushing this much."
Bryn took the collar of Sebastian's shirt in his hands and gently tugged him down for another kiss. He nodded along as his human spoke. "Okay, so I should keep complimenting you, but I also need to give you time to compose yourself a little or at least let you hide if I'm going to tease."

Sebastian nodded.
"That would be really helpful. Thank you." Sebastian smiled softly, looking relieved as he scooted closer.
Bryn smiled and tugged him up into another kiss. "Of course! Anything for my human, is there any other stuff I should know?"

"Mm, not that I can think of." Sebastian smiled into the kiss, feeling content again.
"But if I do, I'll let you know."
Bryn smiled too, pulling away a little to trail kisses up Sebastian's jaw. "Alright, am I allowed to compliment you now? My pretty, pretty human?"

Sebastian blushed again, though not as much as before. He leaned into Bryn's kisses, eyes half-closed.
"I suppose so," he said with a smile.
