Mind Readers, Demons, and Gods, Oh My! (Closed//Stalkers Enabled)

"Thanks for the warning.." North muttered, sighing and turning the other direction.

Neo glanced over and took off his top too. “Oh, yeah, sorry.” He grinned and went underwater, enjoying the somewhat salty water tingling his eyes and running through his hair.

North waited for him, her shoes now soaked from the water.

Neo’s head poked up a distance back. He gasped for air, shaking out his hair, too.
“NORTH! I FOUND IT!”

"Greeat!" She yelled back, pushing the hair out of her face.

Neo rolled his eyes at her sarcasm. Why do I bring her along if she’s gonna be such a bart?
He dove back under, groping around for the source of the particularly warm water, which, I should tell you, warned him of the orb’s presence.

And north just waited..I guess..

That’s what she gets for being such an ass, I state as Neo swam back to shore.

"Why was it in there if it's the fire orb?" She asked when Neo got back to the shore.

Neo shook himself out, dog-like, holding the orb. “Dunno. Maybe this place was another terrain before.” He held up the orb to eye-level and studied it. The orb was a gentle red, but the flame inside it was almost out.

"How many others are there?"

“Weeel there’s Air, Water, Fire, uuuuuuuuummm Darkness, Light and Earth.”

North nodded and frowned a little. "Why are we getting these again?"

“Cuz the Universe is falling apart and these guys are a big part in repairing it.”

“Oh ok..you gonna put some clothes back on or what?”

Neo neatly simphonied off the water. “I’m getting there…”

“Hey Neo..you know that thing that M did to me and now I can’t kill or hurt myself or do anything?”

“Mhmmmmmm. What about it?” Neo asked this, frowning, as he put on his pants, knowing where it was heading.

“Does that mean I’m gonna stay like this forever?” She asked quietly while staring at the ground.

“Yes,” Neo answered firmly.

“That’s what I was afraid of..”

“And it’s what you’re living with. M makes a lot of bad mistakes, but helping you stop hurting yourself was one of them.”

“I’d never be brave enough to actually kill myself.” She realized as she stood there.

“You’d still hurt yourself.” Neo looked at her after putting on his shirts. “M just wanted to protect you.”

“Yeah yeah, I know. Let’s just get the other orbs.”

Neo shook himself out. “I think I’ll just send you back.”

Ari was asleep, holding Zackary close. Zackary wasn’t asleep, however.
He was looking at his hands past Ari’s broad shoulder. They were almost completely faded out. And the room was dark…

Zackary didn’t have much time left…

North nodded. “Thank you.”

Neo nodded and waved his hand, cracking her back to the Mansion.

Zackary… it’s the only way… Neo whispered to himself, knowing Zackary couldn’t hear him anyway.

North appeared back st the mansion and went straight up to her room. She put Neo’s ring down on the dresser and laid down on her bed.

(Am I supposed to know what’s going on with Zackary besides the fact that he’s disappearing?)
