North stood up and went up to her room, grabbing the ring off her dresser and shoving it on her finger. She hurried to Neos door and knocked once before opening the door and walking in.

Neo sighed as he lifted the final Orb out of its case. “North, you came,” He said in a tone of flat unsurprise-iness.

“Course I did. You weren’t telling me anything and M doesn’t know shit.”

“M doesn’t know anything because he is lacking in communication with me at the moment. What is your point? Not everyone has to tell you everything.” Neo turned away from her to set the Earth Orb between the Wind and Fire Orbs.

“Ok I know but I’m persistent you know that. Did you really believed you couldn’t tell me anything and I would be okay with it?”

Neo rolled his eyes and walked over to his desk. “You’ll have to be. It’s not your business anymore.”

“Won’t you at least tell me what’s wrong with Zackary?”

“His business,” Neo grunted softly, giving special attention to the Water Orb, which kept happily floating out of its spot.

North scowled and left the room, closing the door loudly behind her.(tbh I have no energy to have her fight with him rn)
