She blushed. "I-I don't know…"

he chuckled gently and let her go after a few moments "Adrien will worry if we're late," e said as he walked to car

She followed him quickly. "I'll drive."

He tossed her the keys and got in the passenger side of the car "still don't trust me to drive love? I drove fast once, just once."

"I trust you," she replied quietly. "Would you like to drive?" My one fear… besides loosing you.

He shook his head "no, I drive when we go back." he said

"Alright," she agreed and slid into the driver's seat.

Gabriel was relatively silent on the way to Nino's house, thinking of pseudo names and designs as they drove.

Nathalie gripped the wheel rather tightly. She turned into the Lahiffe's house and parked in their driveway.

He got out of the car and waited for Adrien, texting him that he was there

Nathalie got out as well. "A bit of deja vu, isn't it?" she remarked, blushing as she realized what the words entailed.

He smiled "a bit," he saw his son walk out "how was the sleepover?" He asked

"It was good, Father. Thank you!" Adrien enthused.

Nathalie smiled softly.

He smiled and switched places with Natalie, driving back to the house

"How was the show?" Adrien asked.
Nathalie glanced at Gabriel.

"interesting to say the least, kinda awkward a to see an old friend. But he's making good headway into the fashion business." He said

Nathalie looked out the window and turned faintly pink.
"That's good, I guess," Adrien remarked.

He glanced over at her and tried not to smile
"Yeah, it was nice. So what did you do with Nino?" he asked trying to get the topic off last night

"Watched a couple movies and talked," Adrien replied.
Nathalie had figured as much.

"That's nice was that girl with you? Marinette?" he asked with a smile

"Yeah, she was there too." Adrien rubbed the back of his neck absently. "So was her friend – Alya."

He laughed gently, noticing his gesture of discomfort "those two hang around each other often. It's good to have a friend so close like that."

"Yeah," Adrien agreed. "Do you have a friend like that, Father? Were you ever close with Dimitri?"

Now it was his turn to look uncomfortable "yes I do, thought it's not Demitri, me and him were…how do you put this, frenemies."

Adrien was intrigued now. "Then… who is it? Do I know them?"
Nathalie glanced absently down at her lap, then back out the window.

He sighed deeply and smiled "yes, you do know them, very well actually."

"Who is it, Father?" Adrien asked again.

He chuckled "You'll have to find that on your own."

"Father, please tell me! I'm curious now!"

He smiled "all I'm going to say is that you know this person very well."
