She blushed and slipped her hand away. "Yes, it's fine."

he stood straighter and looked her in the eyes "he's not doing anything to hurt you, is he?" he asked

"No, I was just clumsy with the oven," she answered, steadily meeting his gaze.

his eyes narrowed slightly, an instinct he picked up from his other half "hm, have you put anything on the burn to help it?" he asked, his face still sharp with concern, but his tone, kind and gentle

"Not yet," she replied quietly.

He nodded and went to the bathroom to get a first aid kit. He grabbed a chair and placed it in front of her "sit."

She sighed and obeyed. "Gabriel, it's just a burn. I think I'll be okay."

He knelt in front of her and ignores her protests. He took out some burn cream and bandages and started to gently apply it on her wrist

The burn started to itch. She bit her lip heavily to avoid the sensation.

He grabbed some soothing cream and aloe and applied as well before wrapping in neatly in a bandage "there." He said, satisfied. He kissed her hand and stood "your not allowed near the oven anymore." He teased

"Gabriel," she sighed at his comment and rolled her eyes before standing up as well. "Burns happen to everyone. I'll be alright."

He chuckled "am I not allowed to worry about you?" He asked with a smile

She blushed a little and looked down at her hand. "Thank you."

"your welcome," he replied, he cupped her cheek gently and kissed her head

She closed her eyes for a second. "You are going to use my sketches, right?"

He nodded "mhm, I was thinking of the name of Annegelle."

She relaxed. "Why?"

"why what, don't like the name?" He asked with a slight smile

"No, I like it. I just don't think that there isn't a reason behind you picking it."

He looked at her in slight confusion but smiled "do you want to pick a name then?"

"I told you I wanted you to pick it. I was just curious as to why you picked Annegelle."

"oh," he thought for a moment and shrugged "one of the more simpler names out if the ones I came up with. Fitting too." He said with a smile

She blushed and averted her gaze.

"but of course we can change it if you don't like it." He said, smiling as he saw her blush

"No, I… I like it," she said slowly, looking up at him.

"you sure?" he ask glancing down at her

"Yes," she replied with a nod. Their eyes locked, and she felt her stomach flip anxiously.

He leaned down and brushed his lips against hers "my angel."

Her heart leaped. "I'm no angel," she whispered.

"Maybe, maybe not. that's up for you to decide. In my eyes, you are my angel." he said against her lips
