"join me?" he gestured to the couch "of course if your doing something, you don't have to.." (insert awkwardness here)

Nathalie stood. "Of course, si- Gabriel." She bit her lip. This was going to take some getting used to.

reading her mind, "still getting used to it?" He gently pulled her closer to his chest, nuzzling her hair, breathing slowly. "So, tell me about yourself, like I've never met you,"

Her heart fluttered. "W-Well…" She hesitated, unsure of what to say. "Um… I…"

"Introductions love, i'm sure we start off with introductions" trying to guide her in the right direction of the conversation "How about i start" he cleared his throat and spoke gently in her ear "Hi, My name is Gabriel, and you my dear, are?"

"Nathalie," she whispered, losing her grasp on her voice for a moment.

He smiled, lips brushing her ear "and where are you from Natalie?"
(sounds like an interrogation my god XD)

"Paris." Her answer was a light breath. Could he feel her heartbeat?

He nodded, playing along "ah the place of romance and love. Tell me, any interests? suitors? lovers?" he smiled knowingly
(we're getting to the point now XD)

"There is someone…" she murmured shyly.

He smiled "oh really? And who would be the lucky sir?"

“I’m afraid that it happens to be you, sir,” she replied quietly.

he looked away and smiled, nodding. "then I must admit, I've been in love with someone for a long while now." he gently gripped her chin and turned her face towards him "you" he said quietly

Her stomach flipped like it always did when he was this close to her. “What a coincidence,” she murmured.

"mhm coincidence. so tell me about yourself love, what do you like to do? what do you plan to do?" he looked at her with love and interest

“I work as an executive assistant for the CEO of a fashion company,” she said. “But…” she hesitated. She’d never told anyone this before, especially not Gabriel.

"but…?" he smiled at her, wanting her to tell him what was on her mind

“I originally applied here to be a designer,” she whispered.

He looked at her in surprise, momentarily dropping the act "why didn't you ever tell me?" he said quietly

Nathalie blushed. “I… I didn’t want you to look at me differently,” she admitted.

He smiled at her "and why would I look at you any differently?" he smiled and got up. He went to his desk in the study and grabbed an empty notebook and pen "here, draw something"

Nathalie took them hesitantly. She slowly began to sketch a design she’d been thinking about for a couple of days but had never had a chance to draw.

He watched her in silence as she drew her design

She finished and looked it over. To her, she could spot several mistakes.
