"I do agree with you! Geez, babe," Autumn laughed. "I'm not bitter."
mOth GIRL COME MORROW I WANT ANOTHER RP WITH YOU
“I know, I know. You’re the opposite. Very sweet.” He smiled.
Autumn chuckled softly and smiled over at him. “Well, thanks, babe.”
Alex beamed back and booped her nose. “You’re welcome. Love you.”
“Love you, too,” Autumn said, smiling over at him. “How’s the ice cream?”
“Oh! I’m not sure.” He laughed. “How about you tell me?”
“Well, I think it’s good,” Autumn laughed. “You should eat more before I eat all of it.”
Alex laughed and took a spoonful of ice cream. “I’m getting to it.”
Autumn grinned over at him and took another bite of the ice cream. She got a spot of chocolate on her lip and licked it away.
(Boop.)
Alex grinned back, taking another spoonful. He giggled softly. “You’re gorgeous, you know?”
Autumn blushed and rolled her eyes. “Oh? How so, boyfriend?” she questioned teasingly.
“Oh, don’t be so modest,” He laughed through his spoonful.
Autumn chuckled softly and smiled over at him. “Well, thanks, babe. You’re ridiculously handsome.”
Alex waved his hand, taking another bite of ice cream. “Don’t be that way, babe. You’re much more attractive.”
“Not to me. I think you’re much better looking,” Autumn declared, smiling as she took another bite of the ice cream.
Alex shook his head. “That’s incorrect. You’re the star in our relationship.” He laughed.
“We’re both stars, love,” Autumn reminded him with a laugh. “Funny how hat happened.”
Alex laughed with her, sitting back. “Yeah. That is pretty funny.”
Autumn smilied softly at him and reached over for his hand. “I’m glad it did, too.”
Alex grabbed her hand in his with a soft smile. “I am, as well.” He laughed.
“Are you finished with the ice cream? Because I don’t think I can stuff anything more into my stomach,” Autumn laughed lightly, remembering their dinner and earlier dessert.
Alex scooped down the rest of the ice cream and licked his lips happily. “Yep, sure am.”
Autumn chuckled softly. “All right, then. Should we continue our walk?”
“Hmmm…” Alex looked back up at the fountains. “I’m not sure yet.”
“You’re not sure if we should continue our walk? What else will we do if we don’t?” Autumn wondered with a curious look.
Alex ignored her, still looking up at the fountains. Mon would want me to ask her now. Right here… Is she watching?
Autumn’s gaze softened as she looked at him. Reaching out a hand, she took his in her own and gave it a gentle squeeze.
“Babe? Is everything okay?” she asked softly.
Inhaling, Alex smiled back at her and nodded. “Yes, I’m fine. But…” He turned towards her, kneeling out of his chair.
“…I’d be better if you married me.” He beamed, opening the box.
(You shocked me as much as he did Autumn. Lol. I wasn’t actually expecting him to do it at that moment.)
Autumn blinked a couple of times, her mouth falling open. She brought her hand to cover her mouth as she stared down at Alex in utter surprise.
“Alex… Oh my gosh… Oh my gosh, of course,” she whispered, feeling tears pricking her eyes as she reached out her left hand to him.
