Alex shrugged. "I could do without the hate. But people always looked at me like this spoiled little kid because I had so much."
mOth GIRL COME MORROW I WANT ANOTHER RP WITH YOU
"Oh… I'm sorry," Autumn said softly. "I think I can understand that."
Alex sighed before brightening up again. "That's alright. I was very thankful for what I got."
"Good," Autumn said before the driver announced that they were at their destination. She thanked him and paid for the ride before stepping out of the car.
Alex climbed out of the car after thanking the driver. He stretched out and stepped up onto the sidewalk, looking around.
Autumn waited for Alex before walking inside. Once they had ordered their food, they found a place to sit and wait.
"So, get any writing done lately?" she asked.
Alex got himself comfortable, tucking his legs up. "Nope! No writing at all." He beamed.
Autumn chuckled. "Of course. Why not, though?"
Alex snorted. "Why not? Why not?" He answered the question with the same question like any procrastinating writer would.
"Hm. You're really bad at this whole 'procrastination' thing," Autumn teased. "Maybe stick to the movie idea."
Alex chuckled. "Maybe I've reached levels of procrastination never imagined before."
"I mean, maybe?" Autumn said with a shrug. "Or maybe you're just bad at it."
Alex put a finger on his chin. "Maybe I'm procrastinating on getting good at it."
"You're procrastinating on answering my question is what you're doing," Autumn laughed.
Alex waved his hands. "Procrastinationnn!"
"Oh, stop. Answer my question, you dork," Autumn laughed.
Alex blinked a couple times and set his hands down. "What was the question?"
Autumn shook her head and grinned.
"I asked why you haven't written anything lately."
Alex shrugged. "I just don't wanna, I guess."
"Was that really so hard to answer?" Autumn chuckled. "But I get that, being an actress and all."
Alex laughed. "I just got off track. Procrastinate on the question about procrastinating."
"Pretty much," Autumn agreed with a grin. Their food was finally brought to them, and Autumn was practically drooling when she got hers.
Alex rubbed his hands together. "Excellent! It looks great, thank you," He thanked the waiter person generously, smiling his charming smile.
The waiter nodded with a grin after Autumn also thanked him. Autumn, being the hungry actress that she is, dig into her food as soon as he left.
Alex took apart the burger and spread the mayo and ketchup on it. "Mmm looks amazing!" He put the buns back on and took a bite.
"Is it good?" Autumn mumbled around a mouthful of food.
"Mmhmmm!" Alex nodded vigorously and took more bites of his burger.
Autumn would have grinned gad her mouth not been full of food. Instead, she gave him a thumbs up.
Alex reflected the thumbs up the best he could until he had to save the side of the burger drooping. He chuckled gently as he bit into the burger.
Autumn finished her burger quickly, then moved to her fries. She took a sip of water every once in a while, too.
