She smiled back, going back to writing. "Hey, do you actually play?" She asked, glancing back up.
My roleplays are dead for the moment but I still want to rp so come join meh
"Do I play what?" Kasper said, looking confused. He played the harp and some violin, but humans didn't really seem to be interested in that. He turned to the girl, curious. She had a pretty nice voice, he realized.
"Drums. Seems like you do." She said, shrugging. "My band's drummer is going to be leaving soon, so we're going to be looking for a new one." She said, putting her pen down.
"I have never tried it," he said, interested. Kasper crossed his legs. "But, well, I can keep a rythm. Can't be that hard, can it?" He laughed. "How about you? Do you play anything?"
(Maybe the others could join in as band members?)
Carmen gestured to the guitar case and amp at her feet. "Guitar, yeah. Sing a bit. I have practice in about an hour."
((That could work!!!!!!))
"I, um, I play the harp. And some violin," Kasper said. "I sing a bit, too. So… yeah. If you ever need a harp player for your band…" He laughed a bit, nervously scratching his neck.
( @KeepingItReal and @GameMaster , would that work for ya'll?)
(Sure)
She smiled. "Random, but cool." She said, shrugging. "You can tag along to practice if you want."
(I actually have to go…)
((Awww…))
"Well," Kasper said, "it's not like I have anything better to do right now, so… why not? You sure your band mates won't mind, though?" He didn't want to be in the way.
"Nah, they're cool." She said offhandedly.
(I am back! So what do I do?)
"Okay. Cool," Kasper said, excited. This would be his first real interaction with humans. He had only had breef conversations with them before, like with the barista a few minutes ago.
(Um… I guess they will be heading over to meet the band pretty soon so, um, you could pop your character in then I guess?)
Carmen checked the clock. "Well, we should probably get goin'."
(AAA!! I DON'T KNOW HOW!)
"Okay, then." Kasper bounced up from his chair, finishing off the rest of his coffee so quick that he felt it burn in his throat. He swallowed down a sound of pain. Ouch. That was… not a very good idea. He managed to smile at the girl anyways. He was nervous, but excited. "I don't think that I catched your name?"
"Carmen. And you?" She asked, smiled as she stood and gathered her things.
"I'm Kasper." He smiled at her, not really knowing what to do as he waited for her to get all of her stuff.
She picked up the amp. "Ready to go?"
"Yeah." Kasper walked ahead to the door, holding it for her. He tilted his head. "Milady," he said with a smile.
"Thank you." She said, walking out.
Kasper walked behind her, smirking to himself. This mortal was… surprisingly nice. And he was glad that she had made contact with him. He wasn't really good at social interaction, but it seemed to go well. At least for now.
Carmen walked along, humming.
((Time skip to when they get there?))
((Yup, seems good.))
They walked for a while in silence. Eventually, Carmen seemed to come to a stop, and Kasper stopped behind her.
Carmen smiled, nudging open the door. "Hello, bitches!"
