Kasper wasn't really sure about what the word 'bitches' meant. He had studied human language for a while, but he had never learned that word. Maybe it meant 'friends' or something. He walked behind Carmen quietly.
My roleplays are dead for the moment but I still want to rp so come join meh
(I'm gonna have to go now because time zones are the worst thing ever and it's really late over where I live AKA Sweden so bye for now)
(I mean Kasper the angels having a demon friend would be pretty great.)
“Hey what’s up.” Lucas waved. “Who’s the dork? Is he joining the band?” Lucas stared at the newcomer. He definitely wasn’t human. Too pure of an aura to be a demon or phantom. Angel maybe?
"We'll see." She said, putting the amp and case down and getting out her guitar. "His name is Kasper and he went full Ring Starr is the coffee shop."
“Nice to meet you Kasper. I’m Lucas, the bass guitar player.” He held out his hand for a handshake and Kasper just looked at it. Yep, definitely Angel. “What is he going to be playing?”
"Did you not hear the Ringo Starr comment?" She asked, jokingly rolling her eyes and digging a pack of cigarettes out of her jacket pocket. "And since our's will be leaving soon… we'll need a new one. Hell, for all we know, they left last night." She let her hand catch of fire, using it to light her cigarette and taking a long drag.
Lucas ruffled his blonde hair. “Yeah that’s what I was about to tell you. He stormed out this morning. I don’t think we’ll be seeing him again.”
"…Lucas, what did you do this time?" She asked, sighing and taking another long drag.
Lucas scrunched up his nose and waved away the smoke. “I wasn’t aware that saying ones mother looks like a goat was considered an insult. I’ve met many very handsome goats.”
Carmen face palmed, trying not to laugh. "Lucas, you fucking idiot, humans don't find goats attractive! And you were talking about his mother!"
“He was gonna leave anyway.” He shrugged. “I just sped up the process. And watch your language young lady.”
"No." She said flatly, blowing smoke his way. "And while you're right, we could've had him leave while we were on better terms!"
“Yeah, whatever. Basically he’s gone so we need this guy to get started right away.”
She turned to the other. "Kasper? You up for it?"
"I, um…" Kasper just stared at the interaction between the mortals. It was so… aggressive, but still friendly. It was absolutely fascinating. But then there was also that other thing. "I'm sorry, but did you just set your hand on fire? I don't think humans are supposed to do that," he said, like a dumbass.
Carmen laughed. "Oh, honey, I'n not much of a human, I'm a witch."
"Yeah, dumbass." Lucas facepalmed. "None of us are human, and neither are you. What kind of lame angel are you that you can't recognize a demon on sight. Hot damn no wonder they kicked you out of heaven." Lucas looked up and his eyes were completely black. He blinked and they were back to purple.
Carmen decided to not mention that she hadn't realized he wasn't human. "Lucas! Don't be rude!" She scolded, swatting him on the arm.
"I'm a freaking demon. I was literally raised in hell. Fun fact, they don't teach manners down there." He crossed his arms sassily. "But seriously what are you doing down here? I thought that angels were much too good to hang out with all of us on earth."
Carmen sighed, putting the stub of her cigarette out on the bottom of her combat boots. "I taught you better than this, Lucas."
((Carmen is mom friend confirmed.))
Kasper blinked. "I, um, I wasn't really kicked out." He was still a bit confused. "I… got bored."
"They just let you walk out? I don't believe those control freaks would ever let one of their precious slaves leave because they were bored." Lucas scooted around Kasper. "Nah, not fallen. You still have your wings. So what's up?"
Carmen watched the exchange, trying to tune her guitar.
Kasper tilted his head. "They didn't exactly let me walk out of there. It was more like… well, God literally yeeted me out. As you said, they are control freaks." He smirked a bit. "One simple sin, and you're kicked out, head first." He folded his wings. "I'm not sure why they let me keep my wings, though. I guess they are expecting me to beg them to get back in or something. Or maybe my sin was too mild to take them."
“Ooh. Finally an interesting one. What sin was worth getting kicked out of the big house?”
"Barely anything, really." Kasper laughed. "Let's just say that I got really pissed at God for something, and, well, some swear words might have been involved. I might have called his Mighty Annoyance some rather unpleasing nicknames. Details are not neccessary." He grinned mischievously, a tiny spark in his blue eyes.
“I’m surprised you even know any ‘unpleasant nicknames’.” Lucas ruffled Kasper’s hair. “You sounds like you don’t plan to go back anytime soon. What’s your plan for earth?”
Carmen chuckled slightly, adjusting the guitar's strap.
"I have no idea, honestly," Kasper said. "Basicly, I need to find a place to stay. And I would really like to find a way to get rid of these." He pointed to his wings. "They are kinda in the way of everything."
