Bridge smiled, blushing a little bit before reaching up to kiss Scipio again. He liked Scipio, not Luka. He didn't think he would ever like Luka.
Oh, It's You Again // O/O // Closed
Scipio bit Bridge's lip before pulling away, remembering the other liking that before. A bit of his hair fell into his eyes as he kept a close watch for Luka or Dave.
Bridge blushed a bit more, reaching a hand up to Scipio's face to brush his hair back into place gently.
Scipio sighed softly, but made an effort to keep his eyes open. He needed to keep watch.
Bridge dropped his hand to rest around Scipio's neck again, leaning his head against Scipio's collarbone.
Scipio held Bridge firmly, but gently in his arms. The way he was holding him was rather like bridal style, but he wasn't necessarily supporting Bridge's weight.
Guards would occasionally walk past, but didn't give too much of a second glance to the silent pair. Neither did Luka or Dave come back - at least for now.
Scipio spotted Dave walking by and subconsciously tightened his grip a bit, glaring at the older man.
Dave raised an eyebrow at the two, pausing for a moment before moving on with a small shake of his head. It wasn't really one of disapproval, but rather one of confusion.
Scipio relaxed a bit until Luka came along again. He hated that kid and his stupid smirk. He might just have to kill him. Oh, well…
Strangely, it wasn't Luka who came, but instead a few random guards who neither of them knew well. They unlocked the door and walked in, careful to lock it behind them. They had been told to get Bridge.
Scipio glared at the guards and held Bridge tighter. "Vaffanculo! You can't have him!"
One sighed, squatting down to their level. "Look, kid, we need him. We can't go against orders. We won't hurt him."
"N-No… he's… he's mine…" Scipio eyed the guards distrustfully, his voice quiet.
"You can have him back once we're done. We won't hurt him, and it'll be quick," The guard said, raising an eyebrow almost hopefully.
"…What do you want him for? Luka isn't allowed to touch him." Scipio asked softly, still clinging to Bridge.
The guard paused, deciding it was best to lie in this situation. "He won't. We need Bridge, okay?"
"I won't even consider letting you have him until you tell me why. The fact that you're avoiding the question makes me not trust you."
"Because someone wants him. He said he wouldn't hurt him, and he'd be quick. C'mon, we don't have all day."
Scipio growled in frustration. "You can't have him. You're talking about Luka and I don't trust him. I'm not stupid."
"I'm not talking about Luka," The guard urged, lying, but doing so very convincingly. "We need him now, okay?"
"No!" Scipio stood up and quickly went to the corner, placing Bridge behind him protectively so he could fight.
Bridge quickly shifted so his knees were up against his chest again, watching the entire scene with wide, worried, eyes. He trusted Scipio, and Scipio thought they would take him to Luka. He didn't want to go with Luka.
"Y-You can't have him! Go away!" Scipio kept his legs in front of Bridge so the guards couldn't get to him.
"Yeah, well, we need him," The guard said, rolling his eyes and having some of the others call for backup. They were going to need it.
"No, you don't! You just think you do!" Scipio wouldn't move, watching quietly as backup arrived.
"We were told to get him, okay? Let us have him now and no one gets hurt. You can have him back soon," The guard urged.
Meanwhile, Bridge reached up to touch his arm. "You…you need to let them. They'll hurt you."
"I don't care. I'm not just going to let them take you." Scipio huffed, balling his hands into fists.
Bridge dropped his hand, knowing it was hopeless to try and convince him to just let Bridge go for a moment. The guards started to advance on Scipio, a couple skirting around the edges to get Bridge.
Scipio yelled at them in Italian, ready to punch someone if they got any closer. He noticed tazers on most of the guards.
