"Do you know what she's like?" Camila pointed out.

"What do you mean??"

"Have you spent 13 years with her?"

"Have you spent 13 years with her?"

"I still have no clue what you're getting at" he said flatly.

"Well, have fun for the rest of your life."

Ricarda gave her a questioning look, but didn't say anything.

"Leave him alone, Camila," Raelyn whispered.

(Shall we timeskip so Camila can actually interrogate them?)
Ricarda internally groaned as he tried to shake of the feeling that Camila would react badly.

"Fine, fine. I'll leave him alone. Doesn't mean I'm leaving you alone."

(Yeah, back and forth is getting a bit stale….)
Ricarda facepalmed, "you need to lay off of her too" he said quietly.

"You don't get to tell me what to do," Camila fired at him.

Ricarda gave her an icey look, but said nothing more.

Camila returned it with a firey look, then sat back in her seat.

Ricarda sighed, glad that she'd finally let up.

"I'm not letting this go," Camila hissed, getting the last word in.

Ricarda rolled his eyes as he tried to relax for the rest of the ceremony.

Camila's cheeks reddened as Sebastian accepted his destiny as the next Captain of the Avalorian Guard.

Ricarda rolled his eyes, figuring she'd just gotten her wish.

Camila and Sebastian locked eyes as he signed, but his blush wasn't nearly as deep as hers.

Ricarda watched with a slight grin, still dreading Camila's reaction when they told her about him and Raelyn.

Camila glanced over at Ricarda, and shot him a glare.

Ricarda fliched, scooting as far away as possible.

Raelyn slapped Camila's hand. "Don't."

"Can we please wait till after the ceremony?" Asked Ricarda.

Camila shot him another glare, and Raelyn copied.

Ricarda shrank back, resolving to keep his mouth shut for the rest of the ceremony.

"So," Camila said, standing in her red dress. "What's happening between the two of you?"

"Uhm…." Ricarda looked to Raelyn for direction.

"Our destinies…." She looked for the right word. "Overlap…"
