Frozenstar frowned, "Hi, nice to see you too. Yeah, I missed you and I love you too" he said a bit sarcastically, "What did I not tell you?" He sat back on his haunches, his imposing stance restored with his new life.
SHe flinched at his tone but continued "that you died, that you lost a life. You think I'm blind? One minute your so weak you can't hold down food and the next you come waltzing into our camp reguvinated." She knew she was getting worked up but it hurt her that he hadn't told her he was dying" she bent her head down in shame of herself "Hi, it's always great to see you, of course I miss you, I miss you every minute we are apart. Frozenstar sighed as well, laying down next to her and beginning to groom her slowly, "I'm sorry," he said after a long silence, "I should have told you, but I didn't want you to worry," there was silence again, "How long have you been the deputy?"

She scowel at the the mention of Spottedstar but said nothing, not wanting to ruin his thoughts about her "yea me too…." She tried to change subject "so how's your clan? Better I hope."
Frozenstar nodded, "We were close to losing another kit, but he was able to pull through because of the prey from your territory" the tom meowed, nuzzling her
He looked up at him, relieved that no other kits died "that great to here! is the prey coming back to your territory or still not yet?" She nuzzled his chin,
Frozenstar shook his head, "Not really," he admitted, "We're still relying heavily on that strip of land," he sighed, licking her ears
She nodded grimly and raised her head, a silent request for him to continue "but is it enough?" she asked softly
Frozenstar continued to groom her, "I'm not sure yet. It's enough for now, but I'm not sure how long it will last" he admitted with a small sigh
"hopefully for a bit, I'm not sure how much lee-way Spottedstar will give you if you ask again." How many depts will you owe her until you are hers she thought bitterly
"I'm hoping I don't have to," he said, "Hopefully StoneClan land will replenish again"

Frozenstar purred, "You're adorable," he said, pulling her close with a paw and nuzzling her cheek
"I'm a warrior, not adorable." She said, trying hide the fact that she was embarrassed "we're not supposed to be cute."

She started to purr involuntarily, trying to fight a smile "there's a difference between being romantic and being an annoying furball." ehe nuzzled him on the chest and purred louder "very big differences."

She laughed aloud "oh I dare. Just because you're a leader, doesn't give you a free pass from my ridicule." she licked his chest and smiled
Frozenstar purred and nuzzled her, "Fine then," he said, "You'll have to deal with my annoying furrballness" he teased

Frozenstar chuckled and nuzzled her happily, flopping down beside her, "I love you," he murmured
He curled up beside him "I love you too." She fell silent for a moment "what's going to happen if I become leader?"
Frozenstar was silent for a moment, "Nothing," he decided quietly, looking at her, "What's different? We'll still be two cats in love," he smiled and licked her cheek
"yes but….we'll have our clans to look after….no time for us." She looked up at him, "I do that want to be leader if that means sacrificing what little time I have with you."
