“Thank you,” she repeated.
Ryan took the bottle, pressing the rim up against the counter and bashing it so the cap popped off. She didn’t normally drink, but she knew the few tricks. Slowly she took a swig, feeling the cold burn seep down her throat.

@Spider-man

Cat smiled to herself when she saw Ryan open it. she opened it easily with one of her rings. it was just a thick silver band. She took a deep sip. "I like your style"

“Thanks,” she said almost innocently. To her, her gestures seemed normal, to be taken without a second thought. In an effort to return the feeling, she mumbled, “Yours too.”

@Spider-man

Cat smirked. “Thanks,” She said back taking note of her response.

With that, Ryan fell silent once more. She took a few more sips of the beer, not bothering to down it hastily. She wasn’t the kind to get drunk for the sake of it, or drink alcohol just for the buzz. She held it loosely in one of her hands, letting it fall limp at her side as she leaned on the counter.

@Spider-man

Cat downed her beer and ate her pizza. She always felt slightly looser but not close to drunk. She looked over at Ryan.

Ryan kept her gaze wandering around the room, never looking at one thing for too long. She looked relatively relaxed— a demeanor she hadn’t usually held. With a slow hand, she took another drink, just enjoying the quieter house.

@Spider-man

Cat finished her slice of pizza openly studying the other girl. “Hmm so other than this what do you usually do?” She asked.

“Work,” Ryan said plainly. And it was all the truth. She barely did anything besides that. “And cards. I’m a fan of tricks.”

@Spider-man

“So other than cards you don’t do anything for fun?” She asked leaning back in her chair.

“Not… really,” she mumbled, turning to Cat. “It depends on your idea of fun. But, then again, I don’t have much time for it anyway.”

@Spider-man

Cat nodded. “Well you’ll have plenty of down time for the next few days while you watch me. Nothing really to do,” she said shrugging.

“Hmm,” she replied, taking another sip. Her eyes wandered away, taking in the rest of the kitchen. “What do you normally do?”

@Spider-man

Cat thought for a second. “I draw, and drink , and go to clubs when j can sneak away.” She said leaning back in her chair.

Trouble, now, is she? Ryan thought to herself. But she couldn’t judge. She’d never been to a club, and rarely been drunk. Maybe it was fun.
“You draw?” she asked.

@Spider-man

Cat nodded. "Yeah," She said picking up a second slice of Pizza. "Designed most of my own tattoos."

“That’s… that’s actually pretty cool,” Ryan said, her interest piqued greatly. She had never been the artist type, but seeing the creativity of others was always fascinating. “Which ones?”

@Spider-man

(Sorry stuff came up but I'm back now)
She smiled and raised her shirt slightly. Showing off her stomach. "I designed this one," She said pointing at a wilting daisy tattoo on her side. there were a few other tattoos around it. Including 'Male'. "And this," She said showing off the sunflower that went up to her arm. It was a little more faded than the other ones but the 'L'Angelo' on the same wrist looks new.

(Don’t worry about it— take all the time you need)
Ryan gave a nod, smiling slightly. Although it went away as fast as it came, just flickering across her face.
“Those are.. really pretty,” she mumbled.

@Spider-man

Cat noted the smile as she nodded. “Thank you,” she said. “How about you any tattoos?” She asked.

“No. Haven’t really had the time or money to get one,” she said truthfully. “Let alone a design. I don’t know what to get even if I could.”

@Spider-man

Cat shrugged. "I haven't actually paid for a tattoo in years," She said. "Favors and friendships can get you a lot." She crossed her legs slightly biting her lip. "Do have to admit some didn't come out that well but I don't care still nice."

“Yeah… that’s really cool,” Ryan mumbled. “Do you think you could possibly… get me an in somewhere? Or design something? I could pay you.”

@Spider-man

Cat smiled and nodded. "Definitely! Got a few people around here that owe me and don't worry about paying I like designing tattoos. It's good practice," She said standing up after she finished her pizza.

“Th-thanks,” Ryan stuttered, clearly caught off-guard by the sudden offer. “What do you like designing the most? Or what would you recommend?”

@Spider-man

Cat shrugged. "Anything really. I design a lot of plants but I've been trying to branch out," she said. "Come on I'll show you my sketchbook."

Ryan nodded, stifling a smile and following Cat. The decision to get a tattoo, especially designed by someone she didn’t know, seemed terribly impulsive by her standards, but why not? It could be fun.

@Spider-man

Cat walked upstairs and into her room. She grabbed her sketchbook from her bag in the bed. "Got anything in mind?"

“Not really,” Ryan said passively. She paused for a moment, glancing around the room before stepping inside. “What about animals?”

@Spider-man

(Oh god sorry I think I opened this and then forgot)
Cat nodded. "What's your favorite animal," She asked flipping through her book. she decided she'll draw something new for Ryan.
