"And I've never had any siblings, either, so it does get lonely here sometimes. I'm glad to have lots of nice friends at school, though." She smiled weakly. "Everybody at school is great. It's nice there, you know? Keeps me going."

Rosetta looked up when Rika addressed her, seeming a bit confused. "Hm? Did you say something?" She asked.

"Huh?" Rosetta flushed a bit, clearly taken aback. "W-Well, if you want to, I guess… but why? You've never done anything like this before."

"Well, I'm… I'm glad you think so." Rosetta smiled sheepishly and fidgeted with her glass of lemonade. "Have you ever dated a girl before?"

Rosetta shook her head a bit. "No, I've dated a couple guys, though. I never really liked them, but you know… I've always liked girls better."

"Sure, if… if you wanna be my girlfriend, I'd be really happy." Rosetta smiled softly at Rika.

"Huh? Um… n-no thank you…" Rosetta said awkwardly, flushing a bit and looking around as though she was regretting her decision a bit.

"I don't think I know that song… but anyway, we should probably go back out and play more tennis or something, I dunno…"

"Alright, what do you want to watch?" Rosetta asked, heading over to the couch with Rika.

"Okay, I haven't seen Pennywise before." Rosetta sat down on the couch and turned on the movie.

Rosetta quietly watched the movie with Rika, not seeming to be particularly scared by it.

Eventually the movie ended and Rosetta looked over at Rika. "So what do you want to do now?" She asked.

"Well, it's getting later, so maybe we should do some of our homework." Rosetta suggested as she got up off of the couch.
