She nodded a bit not wanting to bring up the whole drama. "It's- fine." She said simply.

"Really? That's nice to hear! Though, i heard you got paired footsteps with Eliza. You aren't hurt are you?" He laughed, halfway joking.

She sucked in a breath and tried to stay calm at the name. Though she couldn't help but glance over her shoulder just for good measure. "I-I'm fine, we're fine. It's all good."

Auden gave him a look that said "i wouldn't talk about it anymore" to Elijah, which he picked up and let it go. "And what about you…Auden. I know you're a second year but who'd you get paired with for roommates?" He asks with a smile
"Oh, Seong-Jin. Though he doesn't know me yet. Only Levi." He shrugged.
"Hes quite the flirt isn't he?" He laughed a bit. That's what he's known for around here

Laura laughed. "Yeah- that's the truth." She had a funny look on her face thinking of his excessive teasing in the library. "He doesn't know when to quit though. That's the problem."

He laughed a bit "aye, well that's how he gets them" he says with a wink. He was no flirt himself.

She laughed a bit. "With the extreme he goes to, I'm surprised if he ever has had one." She shuddered at the thought but never dropped the smile.

"I've seen him around with a few, but as soon as they ask him out he rejects them. Its quite odd. But he's popular around here" he says rolling his eyes.

"Is he? I didn't think he was… he seems kinda lonely." She questioned scribbling down some notes.

She turned pink a bit and packed away her pens. "We're just friends." She defended a bit.

“Alright” He says rolling his eyes. He knew Seong-Jin didn’t think of her like that. But he wasn’t going to say any5ing. It was t any of his business.

"So moving on- the project." She said simply. "We just aren't aloud to blow anything up? Is that all? Because y'all are in the wrong group for sure." She laughed jokingly.

Auden raised his eyebrows in concern. “Uh…what?” He asks worriedly
“She was joking” he waved it off “right?”

She gave a mysterious smirk then dropped it with her regular smile. "Yeah, I am. Though I've said before I really hate science class."

Laura shuffled through the halls with a smile on her lips. She was feeling fine now that Levi wasn't exactly…. himself. She did feel guilty for thinking it though. She took a breath and made her way through the cafeteria. She got her food and stood by the wide doors, waiting for Auden like she said she would.

Auden walked through the halls with a sweet smile, waving at people. Everyone was obviously confused.
He reached the cafeteria and caught up to Laura. "H-hey! Laura" he says with a small wave.

She smiled and waved back. "You got your lunch yet?" She asked with her sweet smile.

Yep! I just bought a sandwich from the vending machine" he smiled brightly. It was probably weird for Laura to see Levis grumpy old face smile and be so nice all of the time. Auden knew it must be weird for her. Did it make her uncomfortable?

She smiled back trying to get used to the cutesy kiddish Levi. "Alright then, let's go find a place to sit." She said offering her hand.

He hesitantly but happily took her hand "what if we sit outside? Quite a few people are out there"

She smiled and gave his decently large hand a soft squeeze. "Sure sounds good to me." She chirped and started her way outside pulling Auden behind.

“So….where should we sit?” He asks her as he dodges a girl walking past.

She spotted a willow tree off in the distance. "How about under that tree?" She asked pointing.
