Green gave her a small smile, "So Alica?"
Jackson growled lowly, "Yeah?"
Jackson then turned his attention to Regina, "You need help?"
Really in the mood for another pirate rp (Closed, one-on-one)
"If you want to help," She replied, taking a break from putting things away to grab another apple from the bag of fruit and start eating it.
Jackson started putting supplies away, Green left, leaving the two in silence. "Regina….Can I tell you something?"
"Sure." She set the half eaten apple down and picked up more supplies, starting to put them away again, "Only if I can ask you one afterwards."
"Yeah." Jackson nodded, "I'm not sure if you know this or not but well I guess I have some feelings for you…"
Her face flushed slightly but she nodded, remembering that Green had asked her not to share that he had told her, "Yeah, I had some…suspicions."
"Anyways what were you wanting to speak to me about?" He asked, changing the subject.
"I was just wondering what this whole business with Alica was? Is she your lover or something?" She asked, forcing herself to ask the questions she wanted questions to.
Jackson cleared his throat, not ready to mention that while she was in town they may have had a bit too much to drink and one thing lead to another. " Alica?" He asked, "My past lover. She ran away for my friend who was also a captain. Now we work out deals with each other, trades."
She nodded, putting the last few items away and leaning against the wall as she grabbed her apple and started eating again.
"Is that all you wanted to know?" He asked, feeling his heart rip just a bit.
"Well, I was going to tell you that I may have feelings for you as well…but when i heard about the Alica thing, I didn't think I should bring it up incase you two ever got back together or hooked up." She looked up at him when she talked before letting her gaze fall back on the almost finished apple, her face flushing even more.
He choked, trying to bury his guilt. "We've decided to not get back together or hook up." He looked at her and stepped closer to her.
Regina nodded but didn't look up at him. "I saw her, when we were coming up onto the ship," She said, her eyes flicking up to look at him, "She's quite pretty, and from what I guess about her, she wouldn't turn down hooking up."
He had a huge lump in his throat when she said that, "I told her I was looking for someone new. She understood that." HE got closer to her, almost trapping her between him and the wall.
When he got closer she pushed herself closer to the wall, looking up at him. "Jackson, you don't just look for someone new when you already have a girl like her," She said, "I'm a downgrade from her, even if I am someone new that you can mess with."
"I don't think you quite you understand what really happened." He said, while leaning down and his lips brushing against her ear. "You are much more caring than she is, nicer. I don't want to mess with you. I want to be with you."
Her eyes closed softly as his lips brushed her ear. “Alright, but one rule ok?” She said, “I’m trusting you to not be lying to me, can you promise me that you’re not lying Jackson?”
Jackson nodded, "I swear on my life that I'm not lying." Heck if she finds out i'm so dead… He thought.
“Well then, I think you just found someone new.” She smiled and opened her eyes, looking at him for a moment before looking around the infirmary.
He trapped her between him and the wall now, "Who?" he asked, knowing it was her but wanted to mess with her.
She rolled her eyes while she answered, shifting closer to the wall and hoping her face wasn’t too red from blush, “Me, we did just talk about this
"Oh that's right." He nodded, putting himself closer to her, "I make you nervous don't i?"
“A little,” She admitted, nodding as she let her eyes look at anything but him in front of her.
He leaned down, his lips brushing against hers, "Why?"
Her face flushed and she felt her heartbeat speed up, though she didn’t object to his lips against hers, “I don’t know.. you’re just not afraid to do daring things like that.”
"Like?" He asked, putting his lips closer to hers.
“Like this,” She said quietly, pressing her lips against his softly before pulling away, her face growing bright red as she looked for his reaction.
Before he said anything else he pressed their lips back together, "Like that?" He asked as he pulled away.
She nodded, her heartbeat speeding up slightly more, “Like that.” Regina studied his face silently for a moment, wondering how he could possibly like her.
