Daichi’s nerves tingled. “Unfortunately, only Mamoru can, since he’s a tanuki…..” He’s so lucky to have that…. “I suppose Youichi can as well, but he’s less known for that kind of thing…” _He told me the history about kitsune, however, I’ve forgotten most of it by now.

“Well then hide when— if he comes…” Rigel told him quietly, then walked to the center of the room to survey the area. I’m safe, I’m safe, he can’t get to me here… He brushed a hand down his arm, remembering the scars that had since faded.
Meanwhile…
Peter walked up to a larger structure, looked like a castle, with that cheshire smile still on his face. He couldn’t wait to cut up Rigel and figure out what made him tick. When they had first met… Those had been the ol’ days where it was just simply them being together. Then Peter had discovered Rigel’s… abilities. And it had gotten so much better, at least until Rigel ran away.
(I suppose that split view isn’t a bad idea)
Mamoru gave the word to Youichi, who was hanging out in the central courtyard. “You do it this time— I held myself up all last night, and I need a break.”
The kitsune smirked. “I haven’t done this in a very very long time…”
Everyone else had fleed to their rooms, and Mamoru hoped Rigel was in good hands with Daichi. I can’t have anything happen to him…
As they approached the front door, Youichi plucked a leaf from a nearby plant, placing it on his head, while Mamoru fled upstairs. It’s been so long, like finding coins in an old pot….
He concentrated his power, barely remembering the crazy ritual he was taught by his relatives. The deed was done, and he now looked like any normal human being that came from the city. I don’t remember seeing humans that looked like this!
(Yeah, people don’t normally do that in rps but I figured since this is pretty chill it wouldn’t be too bad becuase otherwise I would just be switching and making it confusing. Imma switch to Peter for a little chase Rigel’s just sitting in the room being paranoid)
Peter approached the castle, playing with the knife Rigel had hurled into his shoulder- which had slowed its bleeding. He rapped his knuckles against the door (I’m assuming there is a door oof) and waited excitedly. Peter desired to hear Rigel’s screams again, and only a few more walls separated them.
Youichi’s human ears tingled with anxiety. I’m guessing that’s him… maybe I’ll just let himself have it. And he waited, glaring at his fingernails. How can anyone live like this?
Peter knocked again, harder this time. He started to frown, tucked the knife away. He watched the door coldly, preparing to break it in if need be. Rigel isn’t too far away…
Ugh… he doesn’t want to give in, does he? Youichi finally opened the door, quickly throwing a strong, heaving blow to the guy’s head— no matter who he was, the kitsune needed to take protective measures. Maybe I should just stay like this… I feel… Stronger…
Peter fell back a step, completely startled for a second before he regained his senses, eyes widening slightly but his mouth curled upwards as he swung his arm to hit the attacker in the gut only to feint at the last second.
Youichi stepped back. Whoa! This guy is no joke! He spun around wildly, roundhouse kicking him right in his broad chest. I’m unsure what else to do!! Honestly, if Kohaku told us earlier, I would’ve prepared for this!
Peter was prepared this time, shoving his force inside and pulling out the knife and pressing it against the stranger’s throat with a maniac grin. The rush of the fight was like a drug to him- he was higher than the sky now.
Youichi growled. This guy is crazy!!! I don’t blame Rigel for running from him!! “What do you even want from me!?” Without much thinking, he hacked up a loogie and spat in his eyes. I’m unsure what to do anymore! Without my magic, I’m practically hopeless!
Peter scowled, wiping at his ears with his free hand but keeping the knife at the stranger’s neck. His lips curled into a smile, “How nice it is to meet you. Now if you’d be so kind to point me in the direction of my Rigel, I followed his tracks to this building, you know.”
Youichi wrenched the guy’s wrist in attempt to get the knife just an inch further from his neck. “His tracks….? How do you know?” I have to tell the others to get out of here… we’ve been exposed.
“I know everything about my Rigel,” Peter drawled, smile curling upwards even more, “now if you’ll just lead me to him, I’ll consider not slitting your neck.” He laughed cruelly, licking his lips.
Youichi sighed, rolling his eyes. “If you did know everything about ‘your’ Rigel…. well,” he cocked his head, knowing damn well he was going to die. “Let’s say…. you’d be off somewhere else.” This guy’s starting to scare me a little bit…
“Liar~” Peter purred, then jammed the knife downwards, intending to plunge the blade in the stranger’s shoulder enough to get them to slow down. Peter guessed that this man didn’t have as much of a pain tolerance as himself, and he would take his chances.
Youichi roared, but his tone died down fast. “Oh well… it looks like you managed to stab me. Well done.” With the power to be and do anything as a wonderful kitsune… He thought about blinding him, but with what? There was no mirror or anything nearby to reflect light. But I don’t know how long it’ll be before he finally gets through me.
He coughed up another glob of something, spating out stinging pitch ink in his face again. What the—? Never thought about that before…
Peter shoved the stranger down, strolling down the hall and wiping off his face, “I guess I’ll just find him myself…” He smiled light a cat, waiting to find his pet.
Meanwhile…
Rigel sat on the corner of the bed, curling his arms around himself. I’m safe here, it’s alright… Peter can’t find me, he won’t… Rigel wished he had his knife with him, or some kind of metal at least. He tried to piece back his casual exterior, calming himself down with each breath.
Youichi growled, yanking the knife from his clean shoulder. Rggg…. “Hey, you big fat wussy!!!!?? Why don’t you fight me like a real man!!!!?” He chucked the knife with extreme force and unrealistic precision, jabbing straight into the back of the guy’s neck.
Knowing there was no way top hold him back any longer, he yelped like a fox. Aiiie…. He thought about the noise. I haven’t used that in a long time.
Meanwhile, in Mamoru’s room….
Kohaku’s ears twitched. “Youichi!” She wailed, still hushed. Everyone glanced at her. “The man’s coming this way!”
(Loo, meanwhile is pretty helpful.)
(Can we say the knife grazed his neck because I don’t want him to die yet?)
Peter snarled, but started to run, looking to every room, “Rigel, I’m coming for you, love!” He screeched with a maniac grin.
Meanwhile…(lol)
Rigel heard it. He heard that voice. Any kind of casual exterior he tried to make dissolved, and he jumped, muttering over and over again, “Metal, I need metal, I need metal…” I need something to protect myself.
(Oh, lool okay)
Kohaku became flustered. “All the metal is down in the kitchen, and I don’t want Mamoru’s room to be utterly destroyed!…” She glanced around frantically, soon laying eyes on the large balcony windows. “….But if you have to, you can use the curtain rods, I guess…” She got all four of them down with the help of Daichi’s shoulders and rolled them along the ground to Rigel’s feet. “I guess this is all we have.”
Rigel immediately used his powers, shaping them into blades for them. It was a relief to have something for his power to hook onto, something like an anchor for him. He immediately levitated his blade into his hand, holding onto it like a life line.
Kohaku joined him in making weapons from the long rods. She took one in her hand and rubbed the ending sphere with her black hand, turning it a searing-hot white. “This will burn him for sure.”
Although she knew he was going to see that he wasn’t human, she couldn’t just hide forever.
Rigel heard heavy footsteps approaching, and he tensed as the door was opened to reveal Peter, blood dripping down the side of his neck and a shoulder wound that had since dried. Rigel froze, and so did Peter. Peter’s eyes looked over Kohaku’s and Daichi’s animal form, then they met Rigel’s. A maniac grin appeared, “Why it’s so nice to see you again, love.”
(Loo, Kohaku and Daichi are always animals)
Kohaku froze, but only for a second before twirling the end of her rod, enveloping it in hot whisps of fire. She flipped back, sticking the landing, thrusting the weapon forward towards him. “What do you want with Rigel!?” She snarled.
(Yeah, I was trying to emphasize that that part of them was important cause Peter hunt magical people/creatures/whatever isn’t human.)
Peter frowned, merely side stepping and glancing at the flaming rod, “My Rigel needs to come home,” He purred, looking at Rigel with eyes of desire, “But it seems like my Rigel has made some new friends that I’d love to be acquainted with…”
Rigel shook where he stood, not being able to take his eyes away from Peter as he whispered shakily, “N— N— No. Pl— Please.”
(:0 I don’t know what to do loooooo)
Kohaku knew his tone of voice was very well meaning the worst was yet to come. W-w-w-w-what do I do? He’ll crush me into a pile of burning bones!! She screamed out of confusion and jabbed at him with the flaming rod.
(Do we want to have Peter capture them and the others have to save them? Or have them chase Peter off?)
(D: I DUNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO it’s your choice either one I’m “fine”)
(Welllllllllllllllllllll… If Peter captures them it might get a little dark/gore might come up, if that influences anything????)
